my first room i heard a noise probably was the eleveitor and the tram from outside then i chage my room and i heard only the tram from the outside

Close to my business meeting. Good room size. Clean.

Old thorn room leaflets. Somehow luck of enthusiasm of the employees. Poor service during breakfast time. One of the lifts did not work, old tv set.

The biggest advantage is its location in the northern part of Milan where you don't get that much choice in terms of hotels.

The room I booked was called "superior" but it was totally standard with cheap and hard beds in it. It seemed to be tidy at first glance but you still would come across litter under the beds / curtains or hair on the duvet. Restaurant was quite decent but for the same price you would have a better meal in a place around the corner.

The service and location. Tramstation is nearby.

The pool was not ready yet. There was a big fence next to it.

There are clean rooms. It is very interesting that you can listen to tv in the bathroom (with dynamics). Room has a lot of towers and pillows. The room is large and has a sofa.

Uncomfortable location, too far from public transport stations. Cream expired

The breakfirst was good. Pretty Close to Public Transport.

The toilet in the Room was extremely Dirty!!!!!!! There was still pee on the sink! There was red and Brown colors of mold Inside the Water boiler.

Clean hotel, professional staff, good food in restaurant but somewhat expensive. Location slightly out of town but on good tram line.

Uncomfortable pillows, no room service after midnight, no bath in superior room

La completezza dei servizi sia per il business che per il tempo libero. La piscina e palestra, I locali per ricevere clienti e fornitori. Il risporante attrezzato per diete speciali anche celiache

Personale alla reception non sempre a conoscenza della lingua Italiana (a Milano è grave); lo staff del ristorante a seconda dei turni trasforma la gradevolezza del pasto (attese cortesia eccetera)

Parcheggio auto molto comodo. Ben servito da mezzi pubblici. Bella la piscina esterna.

Pagare 14 euro per la colazione è troppo. Televisore vecchio tipo con tubo catodico. No satellitare. Lo scarico del lavabo era otturato.

Cuscini un po' scomodi,parcheggio carente,si rimedia col garage (a pagamento)

Assolutamente nulla

Stanze vecchie. All'interno si respira un aria pesante. Le pareti erano sporche, gli arredi datati, il letto scomodo e con lenzuola rattoppate. Non è possibile che un albergo 4 stelle abbia lenzuola rattoppate, igienici vecchi, serva la colazione nelle macchinette automatiche (non è stato possibile avere un cappuccino decente). Nel complesso l'hotel è assolutamente da bocciare. Inoltre la zona è rumorosa e, all'interno dell'hotel stanno effettuando alcuni lavori di tinteggiatura che rendevano l'ambiente polveroso.
