the staff was generally helpful. The hotel is not nearly as close to central city as advertised. It is a 20 minute trek, and if you are trying to do it at night...forget it. You will have to take a taxi. The hotel also advertises a shuttle to and from center city, yet this shuttle operates for less than 4 hours a day!! |

The place was clean, the personnel attentive, the room comfortable, and the price was good. Difficult to find. It is not on TomTom. |

Großzügige Zimmer, sehr freundliches und sich bemühendes Personal, schöne Gartenanlage, schönes Pool-Areal. Das Frühstücksangebot entspricht nicht einem 4* Hotel. Die Stühle der Speisräume sind fleckig. Eine-Nacht-Gäste mit Bus-Transfer, oft aus Ost-Europa, treten manchmal hordenmäßig unschön auf. |

Poolområdet var iorden, men der var i beskrivelsen af hotellet lovet alt for meget. Det var stort set ikke muligt at få andet end is på hotellets område. Der var ikke mulighed for frokost medmindre man ville gå i restauranten. Baren ved poolen kunne kun klare vand og is samt kaffe. Elendig morgenmadsbuffet som ellers var beskrevet som værende lækker. Ret beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter og services til så det matcher virkeligheden. |
