We had a nice welcome and staff at Reception were helpful all the way through

As another reveiwer said, this is not a 4star hotel. At most I could give it a 2 1/2 but there were so many things that could be improved. The highlight of our stay was the one piece of fish cut up into child size bites and a piece of chicken dumped on a plate: this was supposed to be the 'dinner' we had ordered from Room Sercive. No accompanying vegetables. We complained and then recieved some equally badly cut, in fact they were hunks of vegetables. The 'double' bed was made of putting two together but this is ok if you put another mattress on top or something else to keep the beds together not one single sheet. The bathroom was also totally awful!! you could find better in a hostel

All other staff we came across were rather sullen and not welcoming. The barman was particularly unhelpful. More interested in talking to other staff than heling guests. The pool deck chairs were cramped together and full of people smoking. There was no dietary options for diabetics and when I asked for a soya latte I got an expresso with a drop of soya in the top. When the soya latte eventually came it tasted of milk - so as I have an allergy to dairy products I could not drink it. The hotel is up a vedry winding and narrow road and parking around the hotel is very difficult. We had to ask for more towels as only two small ones were provided and one was damaged

Je nám líto, ale na tomto hotelu se nám nelíbilo vůbec nic.

Všechno. Nepříjemný personál, hrozná strava, místo neodpovídá popisu. Pokoj špatně řešený, neútulný, jediný kladný bod dávám za čistotu. Nechápu, jak tento hotel přišel ke 4 hvězdičkám, i dvě by byly moc. Ze 14 objednaných nocí jsme vydrželi 4. Doporučit leda nepříteli.

La struttura, probabilmente perchè prenotata in bassa stagione, è gestita in modo da far sentire al massimo agio gli ospiti. Pur avendo riservato una camera standard ci è stata consegnata la chiave di una meravigliosa suite in quanto disponibile. Grande gentilezza dello staff. Struttura bella, silenziosa e con bella vista su Sanremo. Colazione a buffet di livello alto con standard internazionali. Bagni di buon gusto, puliti ed opportunamente accessoriati. Parcheggio gratuito in un luogo dove normalmente parcheggiare è un serio problema.

E' un hotel dove I corridoi e le parti comuni sono meno curate rispetto alle camere ma meglio cosi! Finalmente una struttura che cura l'ospite e non l'immagine!

Das Hotel hat offensichtlich die beste Zeit hinter sich Geruchsbelästigung, Ambiente schrecklich , Grundstück Mülldeponie, nach einer Nacht abgereist!!

Хорошие, большие и комфортные номера. Красивый вид на море с огромного балкона. Бесплатная парковка на территории отеля. Достойные завтраки - фрукты (клубника, арбузы, ананасы, черника, дыни, виноград, яблоки, груши), много видов сыра, пармская ветчина, кофемашина.

Die Grösse der Zimmer.

Das das Hotel aus zwei Gebäuden in Hanglage besteht und zwischen diesen Gebäuden eine Straße hindurchführt, so dass man nur über das Kellergeschoß des ersten Gebäudes und über einen unterirdischen Gang den Swimmingpool erreichen kann. Die Anzahl der Liegen am Swimmingpool ist nicht ausreichend, der Parkplatz begrenzt und das Frühstück ist, wenn überhaupt, nur mittelmäßig. Meiner Meinung nach, hätte das Hotel höchstens 3 Sterne verdient.
