Score from 95 reviews Wonderful
Far from Tivoli center (4 km) . difficult to manage in the city with a car. at morning there was a terrible smell that came from out side the hotel. the bad smell was very unpleasant that we couldn't even stand at the hallway or near the entrance. the room wasn't very clean.
the room is well designed the bed was comfortable good shower and bathroom 3 mirrors in the room free parking next to the hotel
Surrounding area is not the best, but this is the area
Staff very professional
The girl on the reception told us that we could have dinner on a restaurant close by and that we could walk there easily. We almost got lost (using a map), it took us close to 20 minutes to get there, and we had to walk through dark scary streets, some of them close to empty lots! Not exactly a good recommendation!
The hotel is located right on the main road and it's got its own private parking lot. Nice view from the balcony where you have breakfast.
Parking at back of hotel bit of a shock when you see in the broad light of day. But very good as Hotel has own parking.
This was one amazing hotel, clean and comfortable with great staff. Lovely views from the roof over enjoyable breakfast. Very accomodating especialy as we have a special needs child.
Very impersonal Bar closed. Nothing to do in the outline. Although this hotel is located on a busy road, you need 1.5 km walking for a pizeria. Not recommended
and that was it.
Lots of traffic day and night. Not a lot of restaurants nearby.
Parking on site. good breakfast.
The surrounding area was not the best, so a great 'hotel' location if you don't want to walk around
Quality of teh hotel, and the staff were excellent. Great access point to the various Tivoli Gardens
Front desk staff were not friendly....Need to be more helpful and pleasant...location was poor and we did not feel that the street was clean or safe.....staff could have offered more information of what is in the area to access at night.
Clean and good breakfast....not far from the historic locations
Sound proof not so good- Every person who walked by our door in the morning waked me up...
Breakfast, private parking, staff was very kind and helpful, reception works 24/7, rooms are big and comfortable. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel.
room doors a bit noisy but that is the people not the hotels fault and it was a friday night so probably very busy.
modern great staff very helpful great breakfast selection room comfy and clean off road parking wifi great
WiFi was good to iffy.
Facilities were clean and probably newly renovated. Great breakfast on rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Room small but clean and comfortable. Shower had great pressure and temperature control was good. Safe and secure parking. Hotel was responsive to email questions sent before our arrival. Easy bus ride, car ride to Tivoli.
the area surrounding the hotel isn't very attractive, despite the old Villa Adriana at a half hour walking distance.
- friendly staff - excellent breakfast - quiet and well equipped rooms
Absolutely beautiful, new hotel. Extremely pleasant and friendly staff with excellent car parking. Although not in the old town of Tivoli on the hill (hotel is below near the freeway), it has easy access to Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana (Hadrian's Villa) - if you have a car of course. Delicious buffet breakfast on the rooftop.
Need a car to visit Tivoli City
Friendly people and services
Location is not great. Roads and surrounding area is somewhat rough.
Most helpful staff and a very clean comfortable hotel. Good value.
Car is a must, neigbourhood not so nice. Room a bit dark and smoky.
Good service, good breakfast
Arrangement of furniture in room (wardrobe in "corridor" to sun terrace door, plus rail so high they provided a pole for accessing hangers!) made it awkward to move about.
Nice modern hotel - we had a brand new room with sun terrace (no furniture on it yet and Wifi was a bit iffy as possibly on edge of range). Excellent location for seeing Hadrian's Villa, less so for Tivoli itself. Staff very helpful with advice re dining (as no in-house facilities apart from bar snacks). Breakfast on top floor with beautiful airy room and terrace)
Friendly staff. Thanks to every one. Room very clean and comfortable.
One staff member wanted to sell us tickets to Villa d'Este or Gregoriana and she did not know that both were closed on a Monday... Location is too far from these two sites, you need a car or taxi. No restaurant in hotel for supper and no nice one close either.
Beautiful hotel and room, and the free parking.

Very far from attractions
Very clean and nice facilities
Located on a main road, no special atmosphere.
Very modern hotel, excellent room in the sense that everything worked well and was fairly new. Location is quite convenient to Hadrian's Villa and a short drive to Tivoli.
The direct surrounding which is not really charming.
This hotel was a good surprise. With the surrounding we did not expect this new, nice, clean and quiet hotel. There is a nice breakfast terrace on the roof. The access to Tivoli and Rome is very easy (with a car). Not a very touristical zone which makes an authentic experience.
The hotel is on a very busy, noisy street. The places we came to visit, Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este, could not be reached on foot. After starting to walk, we found that it was up a steep hill on a road with traffic flying by at 50+MPH. After a few blocks, we turned back. A gas station attendant we asked told us that it was too dangerous and too far to walk. He told us how to catch a bus up the hill. The bedspreads made the room look dated. Down comforters with duvets would be a great improvement. No pictures on the walls.
Marco, at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Nice shower.
Breakfast could have been better.
Room was well appointed! Clean! Staff very friendly!
