Quiet. Spacious rooms remodeled. Good views ot Orvieto. Of course you need to have a car.

Difficult to find. Fortunately I speak italian and could ask many people until I found one gentile gentleman whose car we followed to the hotel.

Despite the title - Hotel Ristorante etc - the only meal available was breakfast.

Everything. It was magic. The only negative point is that the hotel is hard to find when you arrive in the city.

This is a real find - a good hotel at a very reasonable price. It's a converted convent and has that sort of religeous air - but is really comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was well equipped with very good bed, balcony, etc. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in Italy!

We were surprised by the quality of the room given the price although breakfast was as you would expect. Parking was easy and a good location for visiting Orvieto and Civita di Bangoreggio - it was not as easy to find as they say but ok with a gps.

Mainly chose this place because it was outside the town so easier to get to in my impractical car. The hotel was adequate, and the old town itself was amazing!

Staff spoke pretty poor English, and it was a bit characterless. A bit more of a trek to town than we were expecting as well... And the buses don't run on Sundays. It was ok though.

The hotel was quite remote,but travel a few miles and Oriveito is wonderful with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and it's history and Cathedral.Personally we would not stay in this hotel again.

A very good place to stay in Italy, for the price and the benefit who want to stay in the Orvieto Area. There is a free park behind the railway station whick is 10 min drive from the hotel. We stay in this hotel while visiting Perugia, Pitigliano, Civita de Bagnorechio and Orvieto.

This hotel was supposed to have a restaurant unfortunately it was closed when we arrived for an evening meal.

A bit hard to find, only available by auto, which we had, former monastery, some buildings on the property were abandoned, made up in great value for the money

Great price, good breakfast, friendly staff, only 5 min to historic center by car. Plenty of parking.

Restaurant is closed this time of year. Triple room didn't have a lot of space for young children to run around.

ottima la posizione vicino alle mura, ma in una zona verde estremamente tranquilla. Camera spaziosa con terrazze, bagno ampio e pulito.

la rumorosità degli altri avventori (purtroppo non è una colpa della struttura),e il marterasso un pò scomodo
