Super kleines Hotel mit hervorragendes Preis Leistung verhältnis im Zentrum von Rom. 30 min maximal zum allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wenig Zusatzleistungen aber wenn's wirklich nur zu schlafen ist, absolut PERFEKT.

Kleines Hotel in zentraler, sicherer Lage im Regierungsviertel, kurze Wege zu Metro und Termini ( 5-10 Min) Zimmer zur Seitenstraße relativ ruhig,sehr sauber, Matrazen angenehm fest, zahlreiche Toilettenartikel im Bad vorhanden, besonders freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter , Frühstücksangebot ausreichend (Brötchen, Croissant, diverse Kuchen). Insgesamt hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (100 Euro /DZ in der Karwoche)

The hotel was lovely and the staff members we met were very cordial. Good value. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were magnificently clean! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in a peaceful and elegant setting.

The elevator is small and we had to wait for others in order to get our luggage down in a timely manner. (Small problem though)

Location is quite good. 3 flights of stairs good exercise, as the tiny lift is always busy. breakfast is ok, but starts a bit late at 7;45am , when you really need to get to tourist sites early.

Quiet neighborhood for a good night's sleep. Great coffee and yogurt for breakfast. Computer/printer available. Breeze way with tables made a pleasant place to relax and chat with other guests.

very near city centre, quiet and a secured place to stay. comfortable hotel room, nothing fancy but adequate. good selection of breads and cakes during breakfast. free wi-fi is a big plus.

Staff were lovely and friendly, very accommodating. The room was well maintained and felt very secure. Perfect location close to attractions but still quiet. Wifi access good. Charming Italian accommodation. Comfy firm bed.

Friendly staff, quiet, pleasant room nicely furnished, good location, reasonable price, wifi, staff very patient and helpful when I tried to speak Italian, kindly showed us location of prominent historic sites.

We are not used to breakfast based on bread buns and cakes-although they did provide yoghurt but we understand this breakfast is common in Italy.

Access on the third floor using an "antique" lift. Having to manoeuvre my bag up a small flight of stairs to access the hotel.

Very much enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building, in a quiet street but handily located for walking to most of Rome's sights and within easy reach of the metro and bus routes too. The rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and spotlessly clean and immaculate. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, you felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. A really nice atmosphere to the place, peaceful and homely - will definitely stay here again if we visit Rome!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of the typical old residential real estate (with very high ceilings, broad stairs, inner courtyard (like atrium in the Anciеnt Rome). Very home environment.

Poor breakfast, no restaurant.

Very good location - in the historic center, near underground station, not far away but not too close to railway station, 15 minutes walking to Villa Borgese, 10 - to The Trevi Fountain, 20 - to The Roman Forum. Old charming building, very cozy rooms with the fabric instead of wallpaper. Very clean, new towels everyday! English speaking friendly staff. Good breakfast with delicious pies and cakes. Free WiFi.

We liked everything in this hotel!!! Location is very central and safe - near Republica metro (Termini station is also very close by). Easy to reach any part of the city even by walk. Staff is very friendly, easygoing and cooperative. Hotel and its rooms are cozy and very clean/fresh. Prices are much better in comparison to other hotels in Rome in this category. Despite the fact that it has only 2 starts, it is much better than many 3 starts hotel. The photos at the web-site are reflecting the reality. Breakfast is simple one, but enough for a good start of a day. Will definitely come back to this hotel :)))
