All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It was a nice 3 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen (bedrooms were small, but adequate). Very nice for a family. The separate check in and hotel location was quite inconvenient. The hotel staff did not speak English and were not that friendly. They only take cash for payment. |

The appartment is well mentained and in the heart of the City It is not good if you are reaching late since the appartment offcice and appartment are located at different place and you have to walk a bit. |

everything else i did not like the cleaning staff. they were very rude ,impolite and insolent and started to scream at me. this is not acceptable. i did not reply back,i said i dont speak italian and they started to say all kind of things in italian and treat guests like garbage. i will not stay another time here.. |

House was really clean and facilities were perfect for cooking. nice location.. I was bitten a lot by mosquitos. There were lots of mosquitos just out side of windows. I could't open windows eventhough it was nice weather. It was found a dropped painting from the wall when I came back home. I was scared someone entered home,but nobody. It was just an accident. They should be more careful about details. |

The apartment was kept clean and tidy with lot of room for 7 of us! Located just 3 minutes away from San Marco sqaure, it is ideal for a large group. There was no internet connection in the apartment. I think they should consider providing it given the difficulty in finding an internet cafe anywhere around the area! |

Very, very quite. No bedding for my sons beds the first night. Had to spend three hours the next day going back to the office to check in because the office closed early on the day we checked in. Very hot. Air conditioning was not good at all. Had to carry bedding and towels for our sons back to the room ourselves. A very long walk to anywhere in Venice. No ticket machine at the boat stop. Do not sit down or set down your belongings before going up to ask about a ticket. We did that and before we walked up to ask about a ticket, someone grabbed my son and made us pay 200 euro for trying to ride for free. It was the first time we rode the boat and we could not understand the people and it was a very bad experience. Would never go back to Venice. |

Great value for money. Apartment had everything. Our apartment was right on the canal and the closest boat stop was just metres away. The bed was too soft. |

sehr zentral gelegen 3min vom markusplatz, grosse zimmer, gut geeignet für mehrere personen, wir bekamen 2 schlüssel zum appartment, übergabe funktionierte reibungslos. wichtig: mit vaporetto vom bahnhof zum appartment fahren very central near piazza san marco, big rooms, suitable for families as well as groups of up to seven people, we were five, have gotten 2 keys to the appartment. |

it's a scam to say the least. perhaps the worst place, I have ever stayed. The concept of taking your key from one place and then going to another in a place where you have to carry your luggage and children is frankly quite strange to me. The location was good but the rooms were dark and in a very old building. Lights are to be kept on even during the day. AC was provided but there was no provision for outlet vent. quite honestly, one can find better accomodation in the same range. |

Good location for Venice. Very close to almost everything. Spacious rooms. Pillows and sheets must be better washed. Even though it was an apartment, I believe that some basic room keeping should be done every 3-4 days. At least toilet paper should be provided. |
