It is an economic place for living, also when I closed the room by mistake and the keys where inside before our flight, we contacted the emergency number by our mobile, they came quickly and we reached the airport before its take off The office is very far from the apartment, there is no telephone in the apartment to contact the office in case of emergency |

The apartment (Constantino) was spacious, clean, with a practical floor plan including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Very pleasant. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Location (on Viale Carlo Felice) was convenient: 25 minute walk to the Colosseum; 15 minute walk to Manzoni/San Giovanni Metro stations; grocery stores, etc. nearby. (1) The directions locating the main office (address: 135 Via torino) need clarification. This office is hidden in a security apartment complex, totally unmarked. Once there, phone the office to let you in (upstairs). Pick up your keys at the office, then travel to your accommodation, which is a different location. (2) Payment: cash only, upfront. No credit cards accepted for payment. (3) The beds are small and stiff; master bed consists of two singles squished together as one, with two single bedspreads (ok for individuals, less cozy for couples). |

I rent the Celio Apartment which is close to Colosseum. To get to the apartment I have to go to the OTA office first which is within 15 minutes walking distance from Termini Station. That is okay until we learned that our apartment is located 3 (three) metro stops from there. As I am coming with family (this involve one little baby too) the journey to get the key and then to our apartment is quite tedious. Other thing is, the apartment did not have microwave which is one of the main reason we booked an apartment (to heat baby food and milk). The water heater is dirty and the toilet stinks. They really have to improve these. I don't know about other types of apartment they rent, but Celio Apartment in St. Giovanni Laterano is not recommended. |

It was in the centre of Rome's sightseeings near main squares and Vatican. There are super market, shops, cafe and bakery near of it. There is no elevator but it was great! It is so comfortable and nice! I hope to come again! |

We stayed at Navona Apartment. The apartment was located in the historical centre, on a narrow street, but very nice and it was quite safety. There are some nice restaurants on those streets, close to the bus station and you can also get to the monuments easy. The apartment was situated at the third level...it's complicated if you have luggage...An if you smoke....find another place to stay cause it's a non-smoking one... |

not much, but it was quiet. It was on the first floor & was very dark. You had to keep the window shutters & iron bars closed for security/privacy. Floors, sills, and showers were very dirty, 1 shower drain ran very slowly, & toilet seat was dangerously wobbly, the kitchen sink faucet was wobbly, Lighting was very poor especially in the only closet & dressing area & second downstairs Bath... It was billed as a 2 bdroom but really was 1Bdr and a loft..with the 2nd bed only having a 2" thiick matress on it...The stairs down were very dangerous and lighting bad to go down to use the bathroom..No privacy from loft to area below. The only bath in a bedroom had no mirror.... 3 women rented it & we wanted 3 baths but really ended up using one with good enough light. |

The location was perfect for Rome sight- seeing, conveniently close to tourist attractions and the metro system. There are many good restaurants nearby which were not too expensive.I would stay there again if in Rome. |

Apartment Botticelli - its location, near Cavour Metro Station. Very noisy apartment (1st floor ant not very well isolated, so you can hear everything from the street), dirty when we arrived, the walls need some painting, not confortable at all (mattresses are really old and soft); prostitutes hanging around during the evenings... Not a good choice at all! |

They said the hotel was near METRO MANZONI but it was near the METRO VITTORIO. Any way it was good situation. nice bakery was near, could walk to raterano and also a park vittorio, and SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE. The water in bathroom came a little, the shower became cold or too hot, it was not stable. |

The apartment was huge, easily accommodated 2 couples with a bathroom each, full kitchen, washing machine and the location was excellent...only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and an excellent trattoria a few hundred metres away. The beds weren't the most comfortable and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties ..one of the staircases is almost like a ladder with half of each plank missing. |

The apartment was clean and very spacious. This is within the walking distance to the Metro station. The apartment was in the sixth floor with some good utensils and facilities for the family. The hotel staff was ery friendly and accomodative. The condition of some of the facilities were old and not well maintained. There is no internet facility and AC which could b essential. |

Appartment is ideal for a family, it has the space, kitchen fully equipped. Location is near the metro which is great. Price was reasonable. Appartment is old and the airconditioning in the living room is old and not sufficient so it was hot inside the house except in one bedroom where aircondition is okay. Also, the shower in ground bathroom has insufficient water supply while the bathroom upstairs is clogged. Too much hair in the drain which was only cleaned up (by accident) on our second day. |

The Coliseum at the end of the street. Typical Roman street. Very central. Pleasant decoration. Clean. A couple of glitches (sheets for sofa bed, battery for remote control) were dealt with efficiently. A bit shabby around the edges. Gloomy entrance to appartment building, with slight smell of damp. Trek from office to appartment. |

Nice location. Close to a lot of landmarks. Comfortable but not as nice as the pictures. Location wasn't updated properly on site. Went to the "old" check-in and was calling the disconnected number. Had to book random hotel because we had no way of getting in touch with staff. The next day they called us and we could move into our place. When we checked out, staff refused to hold our luggage for the day and were very rude about it. |
