Fantastisk utsikt og rolig beliggenhet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og nyte Hyggelig og trivelig vertskap og personale. Rent og ordentlig.

Vi savnet et kjøleskap på rommet.

The room we had had a very nice sea view. All the staff particuarly the owners Andreasand Barbera were very friendly and helpful We arrived late and Andreas waited up for us Barbera recommended a nice restaurant for us to eat at in the evening

The bed pillows and bed where a litte hardBut onya minor point given what a nice place it is to stay

The personnel were realy kind. It's a beautiful B&B and would return without hesitation

I suggest that they put a fridge Inside the room. That could be very usefull !

The couple who operate the property are really wonderful helpful people. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for a relaxing holiday.

Everything is perfect!Absolutely amazing hotel!location,view,service just couldn't be better! Such a friendly staff! We've been travelling for over one month...different countries,hotels but the best ever memories and pleasure comes from this wonderful place! Even if someone tries to find any dislikes will not as it is absolutely perfect hotel in all the ways.

The staff were very friendly from the minute we arrived until we left. They were very helpful giving us information about the area.

The hotel is beautiful, very pretty and peaceful and exceptionally clean . Great hosts. Would definitely like to return.

Big, spacious and airy room with lovely big balcony. We were overlooking the pool and the amazing view of the islands. It was very clean and towels were replaced every day with the floors swept and washed also. Breakfast was simple but adequate, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again. In a lovely location approx 3 mins walk from centre of Baia Sardinia and less than a minute from the beach!

Breakfast, though it was nice could include some fresh fruit as it is all mainly brea based.

Faamily run business, very helpful, very poliet, spoke lovely English. Location is by a small stretch of beach. Very clean pool and pool area.

Staff were very welcoming and offered a welcome drink on arrival. The room was cleaned daily& towels replaced which was unusual for a 3 star hotel (but great due to walking sand into the room). The hotel is quaint, lovely exterior and flowers over the stone walls. Good pool and plenty of chairs to relax in. Fantastic location - 1 minute to the beach and 4 minutes to the restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was a bit boring, white bread and croissants every day but is fairly standard for Europe so not a big problem.

I liked the location very much and the service. Nice welcome. Clean room. Internet working perfectly. And... a beatiful view on the sea from the terrace. Really splendid!

3 star hotel, but 5 star service. Extremely service minded staff. Great location and feels closer to the beach than the stated 150m. Lots of nice beaches and small restaurants in the area, Baja Sardinia is a low- key and relaxed location with close proximity (10m drive) from the glitzier Porto Cervo. I believe you get much more value for money relative to other hotels in the area.

Not very comfortable bed. No air conditioning in the room besides a fan, but it was still relatively cool even with 30 celsius outside.

Spent an extended 8 day holiday here after originially booking 5 nights. Location is perfect - 5 mins walk to the immaculate baia sardinia resort. Hosts are a lovely family whom are very welcoming and accomodating. Free drink on arrival. Nothing too much trouble - even given a fan for the room we were moved to. Rooms were impeccably clean with daily towel change - 6 towels. Sheets changed as needed. Comfy beds, Located on a slight incline but nothing too challenging. Free parking on site.No problem to get sunbeds and the hotel was pretty full (22 rooms). The owners advised us which restaurants/beaches/sightseeing to go to. L'oasi ristorante was 5 km out of town - a 5-10 min drive and excellent food - half the price of the touristic places in baia sardinia, and which did excellent grilled meats and pastas (pizzas in the evenings) for as low as 5 euros, 7 euros for lamb and 11 euros for steak. La Molino is also a few kms furter on on way to Arzachena though we didnt go there, has a good reputation. All other restaurants in baia sardinia were a total disappointment - 55-60 euros for the 2 of us for a plate of spaghetti/ or a pizza, very few vegatables and meats included (although seafood the exception I think) and I really think I could have cooked better at home. The one exception was Baia Bar which was slightly cheaper, better coooked food and the only place we saw chicken on the menu. However, their portion sizes were odd - 5 euros for chips which served 2 - but they didnt tell us and an extortionate 8 euros for a small green side salad! A shame! We were looking forward to some tasty pastas etc but never found it in the resort itself.

Maybe more shade needed around the pool perhaps - they have these great sunbeds with little canopies over them, but perhaps some tables and chairs/hammock area would be nice? Maybe air conditioning available more in some rooms - I prefer a fan after getting a few chest infections on holidays, but when we had 38C, we had to ask for a fan (no trouble) and resort to sleeping ith damp towels over us to keep ourselves cool. inlcude fruit for breakfast perhaps? Or even slices of chilled watermelon in te fridge as a snack??

We liked everything about the Olimpia and this was our 3rd stay there. The owners take a personal interest in your stay and on top of everything pertaining to your needs and comfort. The view of the bay and mountains is spectacular and the architecture for the site blends into the mountain side. The value is very good, the rooms are comfortable, they have an expresso and cappucino machine. Would stay here again if in the Costa Smeralda area. Tennis courts nearby in Porto Picolo.

An excellent family run hotel and a stunning location all added up to a wonderful relaxing holiday. Great wi-fi Thanks to Andrea and Barbara and their delightful children. Can't wait to return!!

The hotel is run by a lovely couple who we're very friendly and accommodating. The room's were simple and clean and our balcony overlooked the fab swimming pool and out to the sea. Sardinia is a beautiful island, I would recommend this hotel as it was a great price and the location is excellent as a base as there is so much to explore around the Costa Smeralda but also baia sardinia has a great beach & some great shops and restaurants.

We hadden een kamer aan de zwembadkant, super gelegen met zicht op zee .... Barbara is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die je het gevoel geeft thuis te zijn... We werden geholpen voor plannen restaurantjes en boottochtje...super.....Ook parking voor de deur,
