Clean and comfortable

Poor direction at arrival signage outside no sign in the entrance. there were a few business in the biulding and the breakfast was blan and dry, staff could have been more welcoming.

It was a spacious and clean room. Location is the best, few minutes walk to duomo and any other important land mark in Florence. Staff were good and breakfast is decent.

1. only few rooms have panoramic view. We lived in a room, in which we couldn't open windows because of noise and terrible smell. 2. bathroom is uncomfortable, there is a promlem to take a shower

Te location is grat! exactly at midd way between Piazza della Signoria and the Cathedral. Price is very low and breakfast is included. The staff is friendly and very helpful: we had a problem with the nois in the room n.15 and the gave us another room for the following night in a more confortable room.

Coffee in the morning is by a self service machine that wasn't easy to use and the coffee was poor quality. When coffee is one of the delights in Europe this coffee was a big disappointment. The morning desk staff was busy and helping guest with this coffee machine was annoying for them as well.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, only minutes from the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio as well as a 15 minute walk from the main train station with links to Milan and Rome as well as many other destinations. The bed was very comfortable.

Great central location. Everything you need. Simple.

Location was fantastic, off a central plaza alive with nightlife. Small balconette to view plaza and peek-a boo look at Duomo. Comfortable room.

We were aware that the bathroom is unusual, in that you can have access to the toilet, shower, bidet and sink from one place! There is no shower stall....the shower flows directly onto the floor beside the toilet so you have to be organized and all shower one after the other. Our problem was that there was extensive mould on the grouting, floors and walls. This was partly due to a poorly functioning ceiling fan which needs to be vaccumed( visible dust balls) so it can function better. Staff was made awar of hygeine concerns on August 16, 2012. Very tiny bathroom, needs more hooks for clothes/towels as everything gets damp. This was only place we stayed at that charged for WIFI access, but we were aware prior.

We really enjoyed the location near most of attraction and taxi stop. Staff is good. Room is cleaned.

The hotel was perfect for the price. The bathroom was a little awkward as the shower was next to the toilet and only separated by a curtain, but it served its purpose. The air conditioning worked well, the staff was helpful (they made dinner reservations for us), and the bed was comfortable.

Fantastic central location from which to explore the sights and just a 15 min walked from Santa Maria Novella train station.

Breakfast foods a bit too cake orientated.

The hotel location was excellent, located in central Florence, located on the sixth floor with access through a quaint lift. Breakfast was continental wih lots of choice.

The hotel was noisy at night, both music from entertainment establishments and noise from late night revellers walking he streets. The automatic coffee machine's coffee was not too strong.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is on the third floor with a very small elevator. The bathroom was very small and the shower got everything in the room wet (no curtain). Also, the staff was very loud in the lobby at night and I had a hard time sleeping. My room was right behind the reception desk.

Location was great. Heart of the town square. Two restaurants located right outside the front door.

Room was not what was shown on the website pictures. It was cold, old, musty and out of date even for today's budget standards. The rate was ridiculously high for the room that was offered. Bathroom was an all encompassing shower/toilet/sink, so there was no shower stall/tub.... So if you werent careful, you would get the entire bathroom wet while showering. The beds were extremely hard, so never did get a full night sleep. The rooms were not sound proof, as we could hear talking in the hallway up to the front desk. Site claimed WiFi was available, but didn't tell you that it cost extra 5 euro for 24hrs access. All in all, this hotel was not the same that was offered/described on the we site. I would highly NOT recommend this to any other traveller.

Definetly the location is the hotel's best asset. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The rooms are big and comfortable.

The bathroom - actually the shower with no base is the only thing we did not like at the hotel.

Troca diária de toalhas me incomodou, visando a preservação ambiental. A falta de box encharca o banheiro, tornando-o escorregadiço. O café da manhã deveria ter mais frutas.

Camera (singola) essenziale, arredamento un po' datato, bagno piccolo. Ma la posizione è ottima, in pieno centro e ad un prezzo davvero conveniente.

Personale disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema accaduto. Servizio e pulizia buoni..

расположен в самом центре города - причем между дуомо и палаццо веккио, что очень удобно. пятый этаж, но лифт сработал просто замечательно - без него просто никак. персонал доброжелателен и по-хорошему ненавязчив. номер просторный, все удобства - точно по списку.

первоначально заказывал отель с бесплатным вайфаем, здесь он платный - еще примерно 30 евро ушло на его оплату. завтрак достаточно бедный и не полезный - одни булки и сладости. к тому же с 7 до 9 утра - не самое удачное время (хотя для россиян с плюс медведевскими двумя часами - нормально)
