Easy access of all places worth visiting in the city The hotel is on the fourth floor. Very small bathroom with no tab or shower cabin |

The location is great. The breakfast - rich and delitious. The receptionists - very polite and helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floor and there is a lift. The rooms are small, but I like them - clean and warm. |

Spacious room.Superior location for medium amount of money. Very limited facilities.The bathroom was not good.Shower area was almost canceled,if you shower the water will fill the bathroom because there are no bounderies.Alas, they should solve this problem. |

su ubicacion ponia hotel de tres estrellas pero vamos era como la casa del terror, era un piso en la ultima planta, hacia un frio por la noche...que por mucho que pongas el calefactor no entra en calor la habitacion en toda noche al tener los techos tan altos y por ultimo el desayuno muy pobre. |

Gensynet.Meget god beliggenhed. Venligt og kompetent personale. Hyggelig atmosfære i forhold til store kædehoteller.De øvrige gæster havde samme mål som vi. Kun hotel og ikke også komference faciliteter der ofte gør et ophold mindre personligt. Ingen købetvang da ingen restaurant. Nej egentlig ikke værelset og betjeningen var mere end ok, Det er også unødvendigt for et hotel at udfordre byen Firenza. Det er godt I ligger midt i byen. |

ganz zentrale und in dieser Hinsicht nicht zu toppende Lage,dennoch ganz ruhig (Zimmer nach hinten) ; für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück; Zimmer sehr sauber; Personal sehr hilfsbereit Duschmöglichkeit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ,weil direkt hinter der Tür,aber man kann sich durchaus daran gewöhnen |

zentrale Lage, das Auto wurde vom Personal in eine Garage gefahren und pünktlich wieder vor das Hotel gestellt, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Unsere Zimmer gingen in einen engen, dunklen Hinterhof. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar umfangreich, aber nur Cornflakes und Süßes. |

C`est au centre ville, c`est propre, le personnel est gentil. Qualite/prix est juste. La vue sur le Dome de la fenetre de la salle a manger. Dommage que du point Internet il n`y a pas de possibilite d`impression. Le personnel de nuit parfois ne sait rien et renvoie a l`employe principal qui ne sera que le matin. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Es gibt keine Parkplätze in der Nähe. Es gin nicht aus der Beschreibung hervor, dass sich das Hotel in der 4. Etage befindet. |
