the staff were so helpful and wanted to make your stay enjoyable, they also had facilitys for luggage after you checked out. I like that you could leave your valueables with them and need not worry. |

Great location for stay before or after cruise because you don't have long distances to carry luggage. Very convenient to everything! We arrived early from a cruise and although our room was not yet available the staff members were very helpful with storing luggage and giving tips for our first day in Venice. |

Close to transport links. Ideal location for sight-seeing. Views overlooking canals. Hotel tastefully decorated throughtout with good attention to detail. Friendly staff who spoke good English. |

Excellent location & staff very pleasant. Free tea/coffee making facilities brought up to room when we requested (in their room info) and topped up throughout our stay. Lovely view over small canal and surprisingly quiet yet so close to bus station. |

its location;close to main rail & bus station.Staff were helpful and the hotel seemed secure & safe this is the first BW I have stayed in that did not have facilities for coffee/tea in room.the public seating areas lounge/bar were tiny |

Good location for arrival and departure from Venice as it was very near Pizzale Roma. Good location for Water buses and walking around Venice. |

Location next to Piazzale Roma can't be beat, as it means you don't have to schlep your bags to your hotel. Also very close to vaporetto. Like all of venice, however, the hotel is over-priced. |

The staff were all great (except the woman who was supposed to bring coffee refills at breakfast). It was, however, very pricey for what was offered. The room was tiny but comfortable and breakfast was good. Other than being pricey (but what isn't in Venice?), I had not real issues. |

Old hotel but clean and easy access from arrival from Bus. We enjoyed very much their breakfast and the eating area, airconditioning and a pleasant courtyard. We had two nights stay before mediterranean cruise. Price much better than cruise line choices. Liked it very much, older than picture. |

We wanted a 4 bed room and feared it would be cramped but it was a lovely spacious pair of rooms in the attic. Hotel also happily allowed us to drop off cases early and store the cases ubtil the end of the day that we checked out. no lfit to 3rd floor |

Very convenient for bus/train/port services to Venice. Several resaurants/trattorias nearby. Nice to sit outside with a drink and watch the world go by. Although a superior room booked we still found it quite small - especially the bathroom/shower. |

Very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location being only stone's throw from the Piazza de Roma bus station. Quaint, romantic furnishings. Great to have a garden available for guests to relax in. Rooms small. |
