Location was excellent

Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, a minor problem

The Hotel has an excelent location, as previously noticed by others, just a few blocks from Piazzale Roma. Staff were very kind and helpfull. Breakfest was the best in all my Italy trip, wich included many others nice hotels!

The decor in the room and the room facilities, bathroom , bed comfort etc.

The cold airconditioning was not yet running for this time of year, the room only had heating.

The hotel amenities were very good, very comfortable well appointed rooms. We liked the breakfast which was most generous with a wide spread, to suit all. Great location for all transport requirements. Airport bus, water buses and taxis as well as in close proximity to the People Mover for the port (cruise departures). Thank you for a good stay. Helpful reception staff but in general all staff we're very happy and willing to speak English. Appreciated the free wi-fi which contributed towards our choice of hotel.

The lift is minuscule so one has to wait an inordinate time for it, to take luggage up and down. Although the bathroom was of adequate size, the shower cubicle was not constructed for people larger than average size.

The family room for four was spacious and semi-split in two sections allowing all of us a great sleep, centrally located but yet not much noise despite facing the P'le Roma (across a canal, though). Not far to walk our luggage from cruise nor transportation to airport/train/etc. Breakfast was OK. Bathroom clean and modern. Great walk to sights from here.

The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were always friendly and ready to help.

So easy find and close rail station. And people mover for our cruise. Also an ease to find sites. All staff where exceptional. Free water taxi to murano island was wonderful. Very comfortable room.

1. Clean and comfortable. 2. Easy walking distance from airport bus terminal at P Roma and railway station. 3. Staff very helpfull. 4.Good room rate + breakfast for the city/location. 5.Buffet breakfast , maybe not gourmet but plenty to choose from !

1. The hotel is a bit international / bland but the positives outweigh that. 2.While we were there the hot water stopped working as well as the lift but to be fair both were mended quickly.

Very friendly staff, could not do enough for us and made us very welcome. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very clean Beautiful decoration in the Venetian style.

Shower cubicle a little small. Anyone larger than me would struggle to get in. I'm 6'2" and 15 stone.

Everything seems clean but something provockec nose alergy in my daughter, and we believe is the room decoration.

Perhaps the location is a little bit of a problem. I checked hotels charging the same rate,right in on the main street.

Friendly and helpful staff and very good value for money in March. Close to Venezia attractions and close to car parking Tronchetto.

Breakfast could be slightly more exiting, but generally fine.

Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the Santa Lucia train station and the bus station at Piazza Roma. Our room # was 502, small but cozy and with all the amenities to fulfill our basic needs; including free WiFi with no connection problems. The breakfast room and breakfast deserve a **** If God allows us to go for a third time to Venice, we'll stay there again.

we loved the decor in the Hotel and in the room. We thought location was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold buffets and plenty of choice. We appreciated the wi-fi in the room. The staff were welcoming helpful and so pleasant. The restaurant next door was great for an evening meal.

Wonderful place to stay at Venice. Very close to train station. Beautifully decorated room with Venetain style and was very spacy.The buffet break firt was with lots of choice. The staff here were also kind and polite. Definitly worth of the money!
