Brand new hotel, very clean and spotless. The air conditioning vent is located at the top of the bed head so while sleeping the air hits the person right on the head,shoulders, back and is very easy to catch a cold. |

The staff (daughter of the family) was very helpful, kind and efficient. She arranged for her father to take us into the town and to the railway station saving us taxi fares. She also answered our queries re the area and how best we could spend our day there. |

Calm atmosphere, kind staff, good rooms, breakfast was very good, and it was possible to have breakfast earlier before 8 o'clock i the morning. Nevertheless, It is a little bit far from the centre of the city. It is ok. if you have your own car, but if you have to reach the centre on foot, it is hard for smaller children. |

very nice room and new furniture.Good air conditioner. Big room. Close to the parks. It's so hard to find the place, just a recomendation look for the signs to the "santuario di Frassino" when you reach the church keep going to the left. Unfortunately No internet. |

All the hotel equipping is new, very good breakfast, recommended. The hotel is new the high way, but if you close the windows and open the air-conditioning you will not hear the high way. |

La disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari, la pulizia e l'ampio spazio dei locali messi a disposizione. L'ubicazione. E' situato a 10 metri dall'autostrada a4, senza pannelli anti -rumore; inoltre la sera giunge un gran puzza d'immondizie; forse c'è una discarica o un inceneritore nei dintorni. |

La cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, la pulizzia della camera ed in fine la tranquillità, della zona ove si trova l'albergo, forse perchè a circa 100 mt. si trova un cimitero. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene lo consiglio. |

alla cortesia del titolare corrisponde un ambiente accogliente e famigliare. Un po rumoroso per la vicinanza dell'autostrada Brescia Padova ma si potrebbe attenuare molto con l'applicazione alle finestre delle scale il doppio vetro. Il resto ottimo |
