One World Apartments  

Nothing - this is a con. We turned up and the actual apartment was in a different location to where it was listed on booking.com.

Charge you 25 euro per person for towels - even if only staying one night. Closed early and couldn't get in first night. Then charged cancellation fee. No after hours number to call. This listing should be removed from booking.com.

Do not stay here - this is a scam! It is basically a management company subletting apartments, and so you have to pay a deposit (that for us was bigger than the cost of staying). On top of that you also have to pay eur25 per person for the use of towels.

When we arrived to check in at 6pm the management company was closed and there was no way of getting in to the apartment. There was no emergency "after hours" number to call and so we had to find another hotel by walking down the street (at large expense).

The location.

The apartment was advertised as an alternative to a hotel, and was priced as such; however it was clearly intended for long-term student accommodation. The rest of the apartments were accommodating students who were naturally loud, and you could hear everything as the walls were thin - so no privacy and lots of disturbance. Also the internet speed was appalling and was not worth the money I paid for it.

Excellent location within 2 mins of Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio Spacious apartment with large living room and bedroom, comfortable bed and air conditioning/heating Good workout with the 86 steps to the top floor!

Small bathroom for apartment this size: seemed about 2m x 2m including small shower stall and with WC very close to sink; no cupboard for toiletries. Linen and towels supplied were of fair quality but not worth the € 25 per person charge and only 1 spare pillow Not One World's fault but mosquitoes were a real pest: would have been good to have suitable spray supplied (lots of squashed remains on walls shows it is a problem!) A suggestion for your incoming guests: how about providing a small welcome tray with milk/coffee etc and ensuring toilet paper is restocked, as has been case in other OWA we have rented?

The location and the apartment were perfect!!!

The agency charged my credit card twice - when I made the booking and on place but they corrected the mistake after my call.

Facilities are in good use. The place is quite nice!

Need to pay 200 euro deposit when check in.

ALl ok, flat was near duomo, rooms cleaned and well furnished.

It was a quiet area. It had light and fresh air.

It included very high extra costs for services that were necessary to the stay. We paid 50% extra to the cost that was quoted. We had to wait over 2 hrs to check in to our apartment. We had to wait for linen then had to make our own beds. We were given the wrong information on several occassions that was very misleading. The electricity shorted out.

La posizione centrale degli appartamenti e la loro tipologia è molto gradevole.

Il sistema di preautorizzazioni effettuate sulla carta di credito a garanzia del pagamento della prenotazione e successivamente a garanzia di eventuali danni all'appartamento è poco elastico e forse un po' esoso.

El departamento era genial.

Lo que no me gustó es que en la reserva de booking decía que había wi fi disponible y cuando llegué al lugar me dijeron que debía contratarla con anticipación. Todo lo demás, genial!

La posizione nel centro della città è ottimale per avere ogni servizio a completa disposizione come ristoranti, bar, supermercati, negozi e monumenti. L'abitazione molto confortevole e pulita. Il personale molto puntuale. Avendo chiesto un check in anticipato ed un check out posticipato di circa due ore entrambi il personale è stato molto indulgente senza richiedere ulteriori oneri.

L'unico piccolo aspetto negativo è la frequente rumorosità del centro storico di notte dovuta a lavaggi della strada, camion della nettezza urbana, che non fanno caso all'orario in cui esercitano le loro attività, ma è un problema soprattutto da indirizzare al comune di Firenze che dovrebbe essere più attento a certe questioni per la serenità dei propri turisti.

L'appartamento che mi è stato assegnato era in zona centralissima, molto spazioso, e ben attrezzato (cucina, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ecc.).

Vista la prezenza massiccia di zanzare, per un migliore confort suggerisco ai gestori di dotare le finestre di zanzariere.

L'uso degli indumenti sono a parte e costa 25 euro a soggiorno a testa e nn c'e scritto il prezzo da nessuna parte, Ci e' costato di piu rispetto alla tariffa dell'apartamento. Staff incapaci.
