location was excellent extra charges... we knew about the bed linen and towels (10 Euro per person) but also an additional 5 euro per person for electricity which we were only told about on arrival with no option but to pay (other than continue our protests further than we had 10-15 minutes) was a surprise. The extra 65 Euros could have been spent on other choices. We booked a superior apartment and this did not meet our expectations... I have plenty of experience of staying in apartments all over Europe and I would not consider this superior |

The location of the apartmetn was ideal for a stay in Florence, It was close to all the shopping facilities, major attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The hotel was located in a place that did not allow for car parking so we had to walk on cobbled pavements with suitcases in toe for some distance. We had to then incur the additiona cost of garaging the car nearby |

The location of the apartment (close to Duomo) was excellent. The apartment was spacious and modern with good facillities. Would be helpful to have instructions re air con. Drawback was steps (66 as we counted) to apartment which became tiring and also you could not access the apartment by buzzer from the street. Would be useful to provide two sets of keys. It should have been made clear at time of booking that there would actually be a lease to sign which I have not done before when booking a holiday apartment for less than a week. |

Location of the apartment Staff were unfriendly, and who did not go through the apartment with us or the facilities available. Dishes were disgustingly dirty. Broken bedroom windows. Ineffective airconditioning machines. |

Wonderful location. Hidden fees ror lining 40euro, later arrival 30eoro, internet 5euro per computer.Insted of promissing 600 euro for 4 nights it tirned to 700.No enough dishes in appartment. Blankets are terrible and not clean. The appartment is on the fourt floor which is equql to 6th floor. |

Location Excellent. Apt clean.. Travel directions excellent. Airconditioning very unsatisfactory. Remotes missing turned on manually and could not be adjusted when neeeded. Instructions re signing a lease and calling to office should be given . More details re apart should be given before trip 60 steps to climb !!!!. E30 late fee surprised me, |

The apartment was brand new, in a great location, and really quiet except for the occasional siren. The staff was helpful and courteous and most were fluent in English. The cost, however fair for Firenze. |

L'appartement était situé en plein coeur historique de Florence. Spacieux, refait à neuf. L'adresse (Via Vigna Nuova) est juste un bureau qui n'ouvre qu'à 10h et ferme à 17h.Quand on arrive en train à 8h, ce n'est pas pratique.Ensuite on vous attribue une chambre(piazza Madonna)que l'on rejoint avec tous ses bagages. Et vous arrivez avec + de 80 marches(pas d'ascenseur)à votre appart. C'est le parcours du combattant! L'appartement n'a pas de four micro-ondes et la vaisselle est réduite(pas de bols,3 couteaux par exemple)alors qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle. Lits jumeaux( non dit).L'appart est bruyant malgré le double vitrage (pub- bar en face, marché de San Lorenzo quotidien) La réception n'est pas sympathique: personne ne nous a demandé si nous avions passé un bon séjour. En outre, il nous a été réclamé 2€/jour pour l'énergie! |

Dat ze een andere apt hebben angeboden. Top locatie. Onderkomen komt absoluut niet overeen met de advertentie. Extra kosten voor de linnen terwijl het niet in de bevestiging vermeld staat. Apt niet goed schoongemaakt, geen WC bril, verstopte afvoer van douche, bestek, borden en pannen verspreidt over verschillende plaatsen en incompleet, matrassen en kussens besmeurd met (o.a. verse bloed) vlekken. |

La ubicación era muy buena.Y todo era nuevo. No te indican la situación exacta del apartamento hasta que no llegas, cobran 10 € por pax por las sábanas y las toallas, que has de sumarle al precio y el consumo de gas y electricidad, en nuestro caso 30 € por 3 días , además la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, creo que deberían mejorar en este punto. Entraron y salieron varias veces del apartamento mientras no estábamos cosa muy desagradable. |

Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione centrale, la disponibilità della proprietaria dell'appartamento (noi soggiornavamo presso l'appartamento in via delle belle donne n'6), la pulizia e l'arredamento dell'intero stabile. Inoltre l'appartamento era fornito di stoviglie e pentole "nuove", canevaccio e presine, e dei beni di consumo di prima necessità. I bagni sono forniti di phon, asciugamano e sapone. La televisione e satellitare e consente anche ai clienti stranieri la visione dei principali canali, ci sono le connessioni telefono/internet. Riassumendo è tutto bellissimo e consiglio a tutti la permanenza nello stabile! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Le pulizie non erano ancora state fatte alle 14.00 ed abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 17.00, ma sono stati molto disponibili e nel frattempo abbiamo potuto comunque depositare i bagagli e ritirare le chiavi. |

midden in het centrum, ruim appartement Erg gehorig en heel veel herrie 's morgens vanaf 6.00. Badkamer met kapotte douche en missende douchedeuren en bijkomende kosten voor gas/water licht die nergens vermeld stonden en we ook niet betaald hebben, leverde wel weer discussie op. |

Kort bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Groot appartement Geen Hotel maar een tussenpersoon die app. verhuurd van particulieren. Zeer oud appartement, waarvan de keuken bijna uit elkaar viel. 54 treden te begaan voor je boven was, geen lift dus. Een bank die je gerust doek op ijzer mag noemen. |
