One World Apartments (大同世界公寓酒店)

Nice roof top terrace, however the apartment was very small. The kitchen was 2 rings and a sink in the living room space, and the bed was a sofa bed. Need to be aware that you need to bring your own bed linen and towels as these were not included in the cost and were expensive to hire. Also a 100 euro deposit was required up front which again was not communicated to us. We received no communication on the check out as to when we would receive this back.

We were placed in an aparentment on the 7th floor of an old building and the only way to get to the apartment was by climbing over 70 steps. There was no prior warning about this and if you were not able bodied this would have been a real issue.

The apartaments are clean, and very confortable. The one that I took was not so close to the sights but near to a super market, with is good since we have a fully equiped kichen.

The idea of do not know where are you going to stay is not so good.

When we booked one world apartments they double charged us for the room on my credit card. Fortunately we picked this up on our bill and were able to resolve it. I noticed on the website that we needed to advise them if we were arriving after 5.00pm so we sent an email to that effect. We arrived at 5.30pm as advised but could not get anyone to answer the door. We called them by phone and they reluctantly admitted us. They then repeatedly told me I had not sent an email, and charged us 100 Euros as a late check in fee. They then asked if we required linen and towels, at no stage had we been advised that this would be extra. They charged us for the linen and towels and gave us two bags containing the sheets and towels to carry around to our apartment (30 mins away) along with all our other luggage. The linen provided was the wrong size for the beds (one double sheet was provided for two single beds). In the appartment the TV did not work, one of the toilettes was broken, and the washing machine broke down. The first two issues were not resolved during our 4 day stay. A very poor experience from start to finish, and in total contrast to all of our other experiences in Italy.

I was actually very worried that this would be a horrible experience having read some of the other reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of finding the office, by the courtesy of the staff the, ease of finding the apartment ( a map was given with clear instructions how to get there), the excellent locaton of the apartment and the apartment itself was delightful. We took our own sheets and towels so didn't have to pay the 25 euro each charge. Only needed a bottom sheet being so hot. One towel each sufficient as things dried very quickly.

If there had been air conditioning and the fabulous huge bath had been working I would be raving about this apartment. As it was it was a bit too hot. It was July after all.

The charge is high, it does not provide customer services. Their working hours are very short, Check-in were allowed only between 2-5pm so we have change our schedules to meet their office hours. Check-out were only allowed for one hour. It did not provide air conditioner. It was very hot. Called and no one provide services. Charge extra for linen and towels (25 euros per person) and this information was not stated when booking. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Only good thing is price. Location of the hotel can not be thought good because first you go to the reception and then you go another location to sleep. You have to find two addresses.

The wc was out of order! You are not in an hotel, just an apartment. So you have to go restaurants for toilet. We booked two rooms for two couples. But they gave an apartment with two bedrooms. In the first bedroom there were three beds. In the second room there was onlye one bed. the couples could not sleep in the same room. The rooms were very very dirty. Also it smells too bad. It was disgusting. Air condition is not working. You will be in hell in Florence. You have to check in before 5 pm. We arrived there at 2 pm. They told us to wait untill 3 pm to finish the cleaning of the room. There is not soap, towel, sheet. You must bring everything with you. Staying in a park may be better. With your wife or girlfriend you must not go there.

We had a good location close to most tourist attractions. We also had a balcony with a washing machine.

When we checked in the staff wasn't very friendly, and we had to walk to our apartment which was quite far away and had a hard time finding it. Our apartment wasn't very clean at all. The fridge had mouse poop on the top of it, as well curtain and shelfs being filled with dust. The staff forgot to tell us how to check out of the apartment we tried stoping by twice once in the morning and another time in the afternoon, as well as writing them emailing them several days before the check to ask them, they never responded and the office was always closed.

Self contained apartment ideally situated close to the Duomo, Academia and other significant tourist areas of Florence. Large two bedroom apartment well maintained and stocked. Would not hesitate to stay in this particular apartment when in Florence again.

Expensive to hire bedding and towels, should be included in the cost of the apartment, it would have been cheaper to buy your own.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. We were in the center of the city only a three minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery. I loved that it had a small kitchen (although no eating utensils...) and plenty of space. The apartment was cute, although you could hear through the walls and the noise was a little bothersome.

The information I received on my confirmation contradicted my actual experience. I was told that check in was from 2-5 pm but you could contact them to check in later. My husband and I arrived at 5:05pm on a train from Paris. I contacted them to let them know I would be checking in late. They told me it was impossible unless I paid a 200 euro fee! They refused to let us check in late and we had to find another hotel for the night. When we went to check in the next morning they informed us that our reservation had been cancelled and that we would receive no refund (we had to prepay the entire amount). It was only after arguing and showing them their email telling us we could check in the next day that they relented. Check out was from 9-10am and because of our terrible check in experience, we went promptly at 9am to check out. When we arrived we were informed that we couldn't actually check out until after 10am. Our train left at 10, so we had to leave with their promise to refund our deposit (we had to pay a 150 euro deposit because it was an apartment). It took over a week with numerous emails and bank intervention to get our deposit back.

La verdad es que no me ha gustado nada. Quizás lo único sea el precio, pero ya veo que estaba de acuerdo con lo ofrecido. El problema es que siempre prometen más de lo que realmente dan.

La falta de limpieza. Estaba todo muy sucio y el personal, excepto Samanta, muy antipáticos y nada colaborativos. No contestan los emails.

One World Apartments n'est pas une "hotel apart" ou un hotel ou tout ce qui tourne autour du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie, c'est tout simplement une agence de location d'appartement, avec un vrai bail (écrit dans la langue souhaitée, ouf !) où en caution (deposite) ils te prennent une pre-authorization bancaire de 100 euros. Certes, la localisation est exemplaire pour un prix tout de même bien inférieur aux "vrais hôtels" que nous pouvons trouvez autour. Cependant, il faut d'abord se déplacer à l'agence pour obtenir les clés. Louer des draps & serviettes hors de prix (du coup nous avons fait impasse sur ça pour 3 nuits car nous avions nos propres serviettes), pas de climatisation, pas de lit double comme demandé mais 3 lits simple, en mezzanine où il fait encore plus chaud :(. Autrement dit, owa ne devrait pas être sur Booking ou tout autre site de recherche de chambre. Ou bien, qu'il y ait un maximum d'information, et de clarté quand on prend chez eux. Pour les personnes qui n'aiment pas quand il fait chaud ou que le moindre bruit dérange (c'est le cas à Firenze), et que la chambre n'est pas climatisée et , ne pas y aller !! En plus, il n'y a aucune isolation phonique, on entend tout (les voisins, travaux dans la rue même la nuit :( ... ). Dernier point, il est inscrit "noir sur blanc" dans le bail qu'il faut nettoyer avant son départ et que le bailleur est tenu de mettre à disposition tout ce qu'il faut pour nettoyer .. bah y'a rien du tout ! En plus, il n'y a pas "d'état des lieux entrée / sortie" donc c'est un peu limite de baser sur la confiance pour ce genre de location, car la clé, il faut la laisser dans l'appartement et partir en fermant la porte (qui s'ouvre très bien de l'extérieur). En gros, croisons les doigts pour que rien ne se passe entre le moment du départ et la reprise des clés .... Du stress, de la chaleur, du bruit ... Mais la cuisine reste quand même fonctionnel (toujours pas de micro onde .. les italiens ne connaissent pas ça encore ? :)

No es recomendable. Los apartamentos están muy bien y bien situados, pero la atención no es buena y la limpieza inexistente. Una pena porque los apartamentos están realmente bien y en una situación perfecta para visitar la ciudad. El precio es más que razonable. Si estuvieran limpios y te atendieran un poco mejor sería perfecto.

Muy sucios. El suelo no está ni barrido. La atención es mala.

Ser um apartamento onde podemos fazer as refeições. Haver ar condicionado. Decoração e condições do apartamento.

A cozinha do apartamento ainda não estava totalmente equipada. Sugiro que seja oferecido a cada hóspede um kit com detergente de loiça e roupa e esfregão para utilizar durante a sua estadia. Aluguer de roupa de cama e de wc pago pelo cliente.

Estuve en un departamento en via Macci cerca de la Piazza Santa Croce muy buena ubicacion. Nuevo, limpio, silencioso. Tenia todo y todo funcionaba bien, incluso internet wifi. Volveria a ese departamento. Muy lindo, lo recomiendo..

Cobran 15€ por hacer el check-in mas tarde de las 17:00, sino, no te dan las llaves y te quedas en la calle. Despues de 4 dias no me han devuelto la fianza de 100€ y dijeron que lo harian el mismo dia, todo exigencias y nada de buen servicio. El apartamento esta lejos de donde haces el check- in, en zona muy ruidosa.

Rien rue trop bruyante pour apprécier son emplacement. aucune isolation phonique faisant que nous avions l'impression que la rue était dans la chambre

Pas de kitchnette, réfrigérateur qui ne marche pas, climatisation qui en 2 minute fait tout dijoncter, appart tellement bruyant que pour dormir il fallait se boucher les oreilles et ça ne suffisait pas. impossible donc d'ouvrir les fenêtre pour essayer de faire rentrer la fraicheur de la nuit. 50 euros pour des vieux draps et une serviette usée par personne.... rapport qualité prix très mauvais. chapelle c'est le nom de cet appartement refusez le. surement utiliser pour les gens du site.

La atencion del encargado de la agencia fue pésima..quedaron en retirar la llave del dto. A una hora determinada a la cual no se presentaron, por ese motivo perdimos el tren a roma, nos tuvimos que acercar nosotros hasta la agencia ( 1000 metros ) para que nos devuelvan el dinero del deposito y buscando una explicacion por la cual no se presentaron a la hora acordada, no se hicieron cargo de la situacion y nos echaron de la agencia.

La posizione della casa, completamente nel centro della cittá. Ottimo punto di partenza per girare per Firenze.

Il fatto che se vuoi le lenzuola devi pagare 25 euro per persona in piú.

Se ti va bene potresti soggiornare in zona centralissima. Appartamento pulito e in ordine. Possibilità di cucinare.

Orari check-in e out poco flessibili, comunicazioni poco trasparenti, non sai dove andrai a finire. Alloggiati in un appartamento SENZA aria condizionata e RUMOROSISSIMO, senza chiudere occhio dormendo malissimo.Mancava la carta igienica, era stata fatta un precisa richiesta e non è stata fatta.

25 euro per le lenzuola? Ma state scherzando? Sembrava una barseleta . la manutenzion del appartamento è trascurata e scarsa.
