I must say the decor was quite nice, and Hotel facilities are Satisfying. The Location, it's Surroundings. Very Poor Breakfast not even Fresh Orange Juice was available only Juice diluted with Water, not to mention that no Toasted bread or Brown Or Rye Bread was available. What should be Scrambled Eggs(the only thing that was available warm) were sitting in a bed of Oil besides the fact that they were Dry as they were sitting in the Serving Pot for so Long, My recommendation is to have Boiled Eggs with their skin on, these would serve the purpose much better. The Hotel Management asks you not to use so much water and towels, but then the Hotel Management has not put an extra door in the shower! So when you shower the room is all in Water!!! |

The staff were really great, very friendly and helpful.they did their best to deal with our grievances and upgraded us to an executive room when we planned to check out. With hindsight, I wish we had left. The balcony in the new room was lovely but didn't come close to making up for the myriad of other problems. Breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel really sucks, especially if you don't have a car. The showers don't have doors and the bathroom floor ends up completely soaked.music is piped all over the public areas until about 10pm, once it was midnight. Same cds on a loop, horrendous....and we could hear it in our room because the speaker was right outside our door. The bar closes at 10pm and there was nowhere close to get a drink. A taxi from ortigia costs 12 euro, 15 at night, and is essential as the buses stop at about half past 8 and it's way too far to walk( takes about 50 minutes on a deathtrap busy road with only periodical bits of footpath). This hotel is definitely style over substance. |

the absolute comfort and amazing quality of the hotel. the staff was very helpful. they helped and made suggestions for our travels through the rest of sicily. the hotel we didnt want to leave it. |

La comida de la cena es bastante buena (sushi, pasta, etc), también en el desayuno, aunque el espacio diseñado para restaurant no es cálido (como el resto del hotel). El spa está bien. Ubicación, es super-complicado encontrarlo. Entorno terrible, pues está en medio de una barriada, situado entre edificios. |

La ducha, debería estar cerrada porque si no se sale el agua. Y el personal del restaurante al menos del desayuno, deberían estar más atentos a las necesidades de la clientela y ofrecer su ayuda, por ejemplo a hacer los zumos de naranja natural; no hay tostadora de pan. |

ho apprezzato lo stile della camera, il materasso,cuscini, la colazione,il bagno turco, il parcheggio... e poi la reception, dove alexandra ci ha consigliato su tutto e ci ha fatto passare una vacanza eccezionale... un grazie di cuore allo staff dell'albergo... ... la mancanza del bidè... ma era una cosa risaputa... la camera era in puro stile americano... |

Postazione business, climatizzazione Struttura non adatta all'estate. Posizione dell'hotel . Camera piccola non adatta a soggiorni superiori a 2 giorni. Funzionalità sacrificata per l'estetica. Terrazzo enorme ma inutilizzabile perchè mancava un riparo dal sole. Colazione carente. |

Hypermodern hotel. Speciaal: jong& sportief. Ook geschikt voor oudere mensen (zoals wij trouwens). Aan te raden om eens te proberen. Eigen parking. Goed ontbijt. De kamers zijn wel wat aan de kleine kant. |
