free parking, that is all
poor location, far from subway and no shuttle service. floor looks dirty, and no air condition at the beginning, after complaint it was on but not controllable and room gets really cold in the morning. Cabinet door was broken, and then electricity off on second day, asked reception, told me only one staff working in the reception at night ask me to wait 30 mins.
Clean, friendly staff, close to a shopping mall but a bit far from everything else
Far from the center. Breakfast was ridiculous. They did not have 24hr room service for food although stated otherwise in their in-room menu.
Rooms are very modern, like the rest of the hotel, and parking is great.
A bit of a walk (1500m) to nearest Metro station for the city.
The breakfast was one of the worst ever had.
Rooms were nice and clean
Missing facilities I.e. Fitness center
It's a nice hotel room aligned to a business park. However the staff are excellent and can provide advice (and tickets) for public transport. Its easy to get a bus to Metro and into city. Very near a very nice Mall.
Breakfast was lacking quality.
Located close to a large shopping mall, free parking, nice surroundings, acceptable breakfast incl. In the price, free internet working well, modern rooms
At certain breakfast hours, restaurant is full and difficult to get a place
It was near to a business office I was visiting.
If your objective is business meetings in Eur Rome, location OK. Otherwise, location is really poor. Very far from central Roma and very far from the metro/underground. Taxi to metro 10 Euro/$13. There are many nicer hotels convenient to underground. Hotel room was OK...bed seemed beat...there were cleanliness issues which were a bit disgusting and shouldnt have occurred The sink was actually split and water poured from the underside like a river when it was filled
the room and specially the bathroom
Lovely big room
New pretty building, easy parking, not too far from metro.
Floors are covered in something hard plasticky. When your upstairs neighbor is walking around, you will be awake. Also, breakfast not well-organized. Plates and glasses missing etc.
It was a nice hotel.
It was not in a great location and everything is far away.
The breakfast could be definitely improved!! it is quite bad...
The amabilty of the staff then the possibility to choice our room. It's nice in the morning at the breakfast time. Also the hotel is very calm.
good location and cleen very close to shoping Mall
close of shoping mall and clean hotel
The hotel design was modern and fresh. The Hotel was clean and the staff efficient.
The food in the restaurant was very pricey for what it was, it was good but style won out over flavour. The hotel is could do with some leisure facilities, a pool or gym.
nice design room, good quality for the price
the rooms are spacious and clean; the receptionists are very polite and friendly. Generally I liked the place, except for a few negative moments.
first of all, this is more a tourist-oriented hotel, rather than business-oriented. Keep in mind that on the weekends there are a lot of tourists, so it would be wise to go to breakfast at 7am or at 9. I arrived at 8, when there were no cleaned table available, no cups, no glasses, and almost no food. the ladies at the breakfast room were tired and unfriendly. maybe the hotel could add some breakfast room staff during the rush hours. second, they claim the rooms are soundproof, but not really. if you are in one of to adjacent rooms (with the internal door), you can here everything from the other room. Also, you can hear the noise from the room above. if soundproofing is important, ask the staff directly.
Very stylish, comfortable, large rooms, tastefully decorated
The room is big enough, but the furniture is very poor. It could have a couch and a space to put your luggage and do not lean on the floor.
