The Opera Hotel is on Via Nazionale, one of Rome's most prestigious streets, near the Opera House. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi and overlook the street, and breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace.

The price was very affordable and location was great.
Towels had hair on them and personnel is too assuming.
The room is always clean
Bed with horrible mattrass & breakfast pretty inconvenience
we had a room on the front of the hotel with a balcony ,the room was clean and comfortable ,the breakfast great and the location was great for getting around rome well done opera.
Location Friendly staff Excellent breakfast
The service was good. Very good location. Clean and free WI-FI. I recomend this hotel.
It was cheap and location was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was solid. Room was clean. Looks like it had been newly renovated.
The location is very close to Termini Train Station.
Air conditioner was broken on our first night there it was unbearable. Room is very small no space to open your suitcase.
Location excellent & good value for money at a very busy time.
Staff were curt and unhelpful (couple of exceptions). No hot water first night and when I asked about this he shrugged and said it was being fixed and would be ready tomorrow. In fairness it was ok next day, but some explanation or apology (or even warning) would have been good. Not good enough.
The hotel is well located (very close to train station) and it's not expensive for what you get
The staff was not very helpful. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Breakfast buffet could have a bigger selection of food
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom the attention of the staff the promptness of service
Breakfast was good. We we're given a room in Sonya hotel and the service staff especially during breakfast was very friendly and helpful but not that of the one at hotel opera Roma.
We found the hotel clean, decent food and attentive staff. The location is 5 minutes from bars, resteraunts and main train terminal. We were very pleased.
Quick check-in upon our arrival. The reception staff was also very helpful and always available when needed. Comfy beds.
Double rooms on the ground floor was very tiny and if you are claustrophobic this could be an issue. In another room that we have, the room felt a bit stuffy and of dust. but opening the windows for a couple of minutes and switching the air conditioning to full blast helped. Limited selection for breakfast.
The excellent friendly and helpful reception staff. Room had everything you needed and was exceptionally clean. Great hotel and reasonably priced for central Rome, we were able to walk to all the major sites of interest.
Our room had no view, but that wasn't a problem to us, we were out and about most of the time.
Location is close to Termini station.
Clean rooms and good breakfast! Not far from Roma terminal.
The lady who served the morning breakfast! If only she could provide service with a smile would have made the total experience great!
the staff, they were polite and very helpful...
Nice and friendly place to stay, very good breakfast - suitable for vegans also. Clean rooms & good fresh air :)
The location was excellent. My 18 year old Granddaughter and I walked all over for two days before we joined a bus tour. Enjoyed the feeling of an older Rome hotel rather than a "bus tour" hotel
The location of this hotel is really good. You can walk to the train station and subway station in less than 10 minutes. And it is 5 mins away from the bus stop. The breakfast is decent but you might want to go there as early as you can. The 1st day we had breakfast at 8am. The food was in great variety and adequate. But the other day we went a bit later then there was not enough food left and they normally don't refill coz the breakfast is done at 10am. There are hairdryer, kettle, hangers in our room which are really helpful. Airconditioning works amazingly well too. The room is spacious and there are one queen-size bed and a twin-size bed in our room so literally it can fit 3 ppl.
They are all about the bathroom. Our bathroom is downstairs which was pretty interesting at first. Bu it was not fun after you have walked the entire day with your feet in Rome City :) And for whatever reason, our bathroom stinks. They fixed once and it got slightly better but the smell was still there. They might need a big project to fix the problem. Our room is 101 btw.
Absolutely great hotel for this price, hotel not far away from train station Termini, room is perfect, beautiful windows and balcony, comfortable bathroom. Wifi in room. Tasty breakfast. Staff on reception is helpful.
Location. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Was not aware that they put me in their sister property. However hotel Sonya was new and adequate.
The room with its facilities - large bath room Frienly and helpful staff
We arrived at 1pm and the room wasn't ready - though this was mentioned when we booked, we still thought that rooms should be available a bit earlier.
Great location, quiet, good aircon
Thin walls, small rooms and bathrooms, stairs to rooms
We thought the service from Lotus was excellent. He was very willing to help and answer our questions.
The room although very clean was very tiny. We wished it had been slightly larger.
