clean, good breakfast, great showers.
not a thing, it was great.
Our room was tiny but clean and comfortable. As we were out most of the time the size didn't matter. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Great central location near the train station and se good restaurants
Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and close to Termini Station. Basic but good breakfast.
Extremely small bathroom , old elevator.
The location was great- close proxity to termini station and many good restaurants and other shopping.
The shower was quite small, and pillows not as soft as I like/need for neck issues.
The friendly staff, good breakfast, with espresso coffee, not that awful american coffee. The room was clean, comfortable and safe.
On arrival at 4pm after a day of travelling, I was bumped to another hotel due to problems with rooms reservations, I was told there was water damage, however, as an ex Intercontinental hotel executive I've heard similar stories, however, I will give the benefit of doubt. The hotel I was transferred to was a lesser standard. On returning to Opera Roma the following morning I had to wait for my room, as I didn't want to leave baggage, in doing so I lost several hours of sightseeing, however, the staff made up for my disappointment.
Perfect location for our budget.
Not enough toilet paper.
Staff very helpful even have breakfast early for us we were going on tour.
WIFI at bit patchy at times but did work in reception area.
Booked a standard double, but was assigned a budget double. Breakfast a little plain and repetitive.
The location couldn't have been better. Great for transport and walking distance to many major attractions. The staff speak English and are very helpful.
Hard to find. There are 3 hotels with Opera in the name in this area.
An excellent location with friendly helpful staff. Good value for money, clean, excellent wi fi, good breakfast.
Great authentic interior; good breakfast.
Small, tight, not very cozy room.
We arrived at Opera and were transferred to a sister hotel, Hotel Sonya.
good breakfast, central location
sponge metress, small room for three adults
The staff even organized out of hours breakfast for us as we were going on tours early.
This hotel is located nearby Rome Termini, just 5 minutes walk-in. Easy to take train and subway and buses. 5 minutes walk to a super market. The Theater Opera is next door. Many restaurants and bars are surrounded. 4-6 metro stops to St. Peter and Spanish Steps and Colosseum. Very good location for city sightseeing
Room is very small. Not clean enough. No cover for bed blanket. water cooker is broken before we checked-in and no new one was replaced
Excellent location, friendly staff, comfy bed and delicious croissants at breakfast. That's all you need!
The staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful with all the questions that we had. The location is very handy for people that do not drive.
There was no window in the room. The room was very small. We asked for a double bed but instead we got two single beds put together. That means that there was a split between the beds so not very comfortable to sleep. There was a loud noise in the morning due to the breakfast being prepared. Thus it was difficult to sleep after 7.00 am.
Excellent people, excellent location...
Some rooms are little
Right near termini station/downtown Rome. Awesome breakfast included
Very basic. Small rooms, old building, shower temp unreliable, etc...
comfortable bed climatisation friendly and helpfull stuff
weak breakfast small room without view from with view on a air-shaft
The price was very affordable and location was great.
Towels had hair on them and personnel is too assuming.
The location is good. Major sights are 10-20 minute walk (add time because you will get lost walking around Rome!). It is not far from Termini Station so the Metro is close. The staff was excellent. I had a pretty traumatic start to my vacation....couldn't find my passport at check-in. The desk clerk was calm and helpful. He got us situated in our room and waited at the desk until I found it! The breakfast was just enough to get the day started. The room seems to be recently renovated. It was a larger than many European rooms.
The room is always clean
Bed with horrible mattrass & breakfast pretty inconvenience
we had a room on the front of the hotel with a balcony ,the room was clean and comfortable ,the breakfast great and the location was great for getting around rome well done opera.
Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious and airy. Very comfortable beds Bathrooms modern and well-equipped We were on the fifth floor - very light and quiet with lovely view over the rooftops. Breakfast was fantastic - a diverse selection of baked pies and pastries in addition to a traditional continental breakfast. Divided breakfast area was cosy and relaxing. THe standard of the hotel overall was higher than we expected and the price was more than reasonable for what we received. Very impressed. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. We would definitely book again if ever in Rome.
