Reception staff were fab so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location was great for Vatican City, very close by. Room was very comfortable and quiet, would definitely stay again and definitely recommend to friends and family, we had a wonderful time.

Location is almost on the doorstep of The Vactican

Very noisy below with traffic, water pressure in shower and bath was low and warm at best, room had no faciliies to hang or iron clothes and the quality of image and sound on the tv was poor and distorted

The location was good for us, out of the hussle and bussle of the main city. Best breakfast at the restaurant next door.

Nowhere to put your suitcases as no spare floor space in the room. Room was a little noisy, always ambulance sirens going.

The front desk were very helpful in helping us get a taxi.

Bed was a little hard The website is a little deceptive re: contents of the rooms and whether they have a bath, and this caused some issues on arrival.

orange is my favorite color, so i had to stay here! the hotel is newly remodeled and the decorations are very cute. also they are environmentally-conscious which i always like. very close to the vatican, but a little further walk from some of the other attractions there.

had to pay for wireless and breakfast. we knew this going in, but it would have been nice if one or the other (or both!) were included in the price.

It could be cheaper,Rome is expensive town but in summer time the price for hotel is too high i think.

Location is perfect, near Vatican, bus stop outside and 10 mins walk to underground. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Reception very helpful and knowledgeable with normal touristy questions. Our room was good size, with air conditioning and clean. Excellent value for money

The waitress, chef and staff in restanrant were great. The general appearance of the hotel and the location was great. Overall it did its job.

Bed was uncomfortable. Couldn't get an extra pillow when we requested. The reception got upset when asked to help with a booking. Wifi was really bad and kept dropping out, and we had to pay for the wifi.

In Spain this hotel would not have more than 2 stars. This is a familiar well situated hotel, but no more. I don't say it is a bad hotel, but of course is not a 4 stars one.

No bar, on our last day we couldn't use the lounge area or bathroom as it was booked and we had to use the staff barthroom and sit outside in the cold waiting for our taxi to the airport.

The Staff was so nice at the reception. very friendly. the hotel has two smoking area's downstairs and on the roof. the hotel was very quiet at night so you can sleep peacefully. the staff was so positive and informative.

The upgraded room has a big bath in the room instead of a sofa. i know this is a design element and maybe a requirement for star rating: very not practical. The elevator is super slow. the furniture in the common area is very un-comfortable and broken. the restaurant on the top floor need training in customer service. Do not expect a lot for breakfast and once the cups are finish then expect to drink you coffee in a glass. it is a shame that the restaurant has good food but poor customer service.

    Good location, fair price

Quite small and cramped, separate toilet, sink and shower made it slightly uncomfortable. Poor lighting.

Tiny rooms, poor breakfast, too expensive, not well prepared personnel, despite free Internet when booking, we had to pay for the access,
