Staff friendliness and helpfulness, nice, clean rooms, and wonderful breakfast. The location is great for tourists. Noisy from street, but ear plugs help a lot.

It was a superb hotel, location was excellent, service was 100% I would so recommend this hotel - it is very suited to young couples/people as it is very slick, cool style and very much up to date decor. Loved every minute of this hotel, staff were very friendly. Superb roof top garden - breakfast was excellent value for money and then the night Restaurant was 10 out 10 - run by 2 sisters at night and the service and the food was top of the range. Nothing to complain about the hotel as it was excellent for what we needed during our stay The only downside was nothing was mentioned about the 3% tax that we have to pay after our stay - we booked online with full payment but nothing was advised us that we need to pay an additional 3% tax per person per day - please advise when booking hotels or add to the amount paid when booking - this looks like a scam from our behalf.

Great rooftop restaurant, great staff, easy walk to Vatican City, Piazza Novana, the Pantheon and the metro station. A/C never quite got the room cold enough for us and bed was rather hard but overall had a wonderful time and would recommend to others as great value for the price.

The room I booked was described as "double deluxe". Thats a laugh, you could not even swing a cat in there it was sooooooooooooo small! There was hardly room to walk around the sides of the bed. When I asked if we had the correct room, I was assured I did. It was "the pits" and def not worth the money. There wasn't even enough space to put the suitcase anywhere. I would never stay there again, let alone tell anybody else to!

The Location was great - in walking distance to Vatican City. Great self- service breakfast once we located where every thing was. The bedroom was the size of a box room.

le look de l hotel et l espace dans la chambre et la sutuation dans la ville la douche ...pomme de douche fixe au plafond sans beaucoup de pression et pas tres pratique pour se rincer et l eclairage "orange " de la s de bain pas top pour le maqillage ...

Le design est intéressant, mais presque poussé à l'excès. Petit déjeuner très copieux.personnel accueillant Chambre non conforme à la description de la resta. Lit simple sans aucun confort : un matelas de 3 cm sur une planche en bois.

Zentrale Lage direkt am Vatikan. Gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Freundliches Personal - tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit einer umwerfend netten Elisa. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

отель расположен рядом с вокзалом а также есть рядом ватикан который в принципе можно не ходить все и так видно. через дорогу есть улица с кучей магазинов можно закупиться там сумками и прочим барахлом не понравилось то что меня обманули с номером я заказывал номер с ванной в комнате но нам такой номер не дали а еще платный вайфай в номере полное говно

Tiene una ubicación perfecta para descubrir Roma. Muy bien todo personal, servicios, limpieza, etc, y nada negativo que comentar. Recomendable.

La qualification d'hôtel design est réelle , les chambres sont originales et les finitions de qualité 1/ Il persistait une odeur dans la chambre (évacuations ?) pas agréable 2/ le personnel (apparemment le gardien de nuit car nous sommes partis tôt le matin) qui nous rend une fausse pièce de 2€ sur la monnaie de la taxe de séjour ....mesquin vu l'addition totale et minable pour le souvenir de l'hôtel

El desayuno por las mañanas en la terraza de arriba. Excepto la recepcionista del último día, creo que la información que se transmite a los clientes debería darse con más cuidado. Ejemplo: el día 15 de agosto (allí festivo) preguntamos a la recepcionista sobre "cómo ir al castelo de Sant Angelo" y nos indicó "que estaba todo cerrado" y a la pregunta que actividad se podía realizar entonces, nos dijo "ir a una misa". Resultándonos extraño, no nos fiamos, nos dirigimos a una oficina de información, y salvo alguna mínima restricción, "todo estaba abierto". Me consta además, que esta información fue proporcionada al resto de clientes. Otro día preguntamos por el autobús que llevaba a un lugar determinado y nos indicaron mal. La recepcionista del último día nos indicó perfectamente. Si no se sabe la información, creo que lo mejor es no darla. En fin... Es mi opinión.

Schone frisse kamers, met voldoende ruimte. Uitstekende vrijwel geluidloze airconditioning. Goede service. Het niet inbegrepen ontbijt was gemiddeld.

La décoration apporte un plus certain à l'hotel. L'emplacement non loin du vatican et du tram est idéal. Le toit de l'hotel a une très jolie vue et c'est là que le petit déjeuner est servi. La chambre était très bien, mis à part l'insonorisation de la fenêtre qui laissait à désirer, on avait des fois l'impression d'avoir laissé la fenêtre ouverte. Et le matelas du 3ème lit était très dur et pas forcément des plus confortables.

Das relativ neue Hotel hat ein cooles Design und eine tolle Dachterrasse (sogar mir Whirlpool gegen Gebühr). Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut (zu Fuß 5 Min zum Petersplatz, 10 Min zur Engelsburg und 15 Min zum Piazza Navona, auch gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und U-Bahn) Bezüglich Sauberkeit im Bad: Haare im Waschbecken, dreckige Fugen, große Badewanne mit Düsen eher ungepflegt. Bezüglich Lautstärke im Zimmer: so dünne Fenster, dass man den Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel ziemlich hört.

Hotellet passet utmerket til en storbyferie med datter. Lokalitet bra, god mat og meget hyggelig betjening både under frokost og middagservering.Elgisa(frokost) var meget serviceinnstilt og hyggelig samtalepartner ved stille stunder.Snakket utmerket engelsk, kom med gode tips til gode restauranter og flotte steder hvor man kunne føle Roma s puls. Vil anbefale stedet til andre. Meget harde madrasser som passer dårlig til vonde rygger.
