The hotel was in a great location. We walked to many of the main attractions. Luciano at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with all our questions.

Very friendly staff, clean, great location, just 10 min walking to main sights. If you ask for the tea in the evening receptionist will arrange for you a beautiful tea set for you on an elegant tray with all the traditional tea ceremony attributes, that was really nice:)

Photos on the webpage looked a way better and beautiful that it was in reality. The room was quiet glomy with very cold marble floor and unpleasant view to the decayde inner yard. The room itself was fine for staying overnight. But probably for that price it could be a bit more cosy.

I liked Italian food and being part of Europe.The maids and wait staff were excellent. The desk people were trying to be friendly and respectful of everybody,and I thought so.

I had trouble learning to control the temptress,in my room.Some times the elevator would be left unlatched in some way and one was left waiting for a occupied lift.e

On the 5th floor of a building with a very small old elevator that was out of order on one of the days during my stay. The bed was extremely hard, to the point of being uncomfortable. No soundproofing made sleep difficult so I left the fan running in the bathroom to create white noise.

The hotel is conveniently located (15 minutes walk to the Coliseum, 10 minutes from Termini). Our room with park view was big enough, it was cleaned every day. Breakfasts were hearty (muesli, cheese, sausage, croissants, jams, etс). The hotel staff is friendly.

Position was very good to reach the centre and also well served by metro and tram.

The hotel is very well located, 10 min to the Termini station and the same from Colosseum! It is rather clean and stuff is polite. The rooms are big!

The elevator is horrible! Very old and you can't enter with big bags absolutely!! The Internet was not working for 2 days. And the breakfast is quite poor, but the things of primary importance are still available!!

The breakfast was really good and the room was very clean.

The elevator only allowed two or three people at time. In my booking was promised a plasma tv, but there was a very, very small tv (maybe 13 inches) and it's remote controll didn't work and about that the recepcionist didn't pay attention to our complaints, he didn't seem like he wanted to help us.

We were able to get a very affordable deal due to off-season (early Feb.) and for the price the room and facilities were really great! The location is very accessible since it is right next to a metro station.

On the first night the staff was kind of rude. But this improved the next day onwards and they were quite friendly later.

Wi-Fi did not work entire stay. Asked to drop hotel key at desk when leaving even though it is needed to enter the building. Coffee machine was broken and coffee was terrible. Chilled items at breakfast were not chilled and were warm.

It is very close to Termini Train Station, you can easily walk. Also near to Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station. Old but clean. Breakfast was sufficient. We had to arrange there only one day ago but it was not expensive.

Hotel was in a bit dangerous place. You can see homeless people near the hotel. Lift is frightening. Wi-Fi was not working first two days. We could use it only the last day.
