We like Fernando.. The hotel staff who is so accommodating and helpful. He provides our needs and assists us in our booking requirements! Also, the breakfast food is really excellent!
Slow internet connection inside the room
No view no tea making in room
the hospitality , the staff , the food was good , clean , good price , near metros
thew location is near to the centre but same street not safe for only girls to go alone , and the hotel is on the 5th&4th floor.
Great staff and excellent location. Very clean rooms.
that there was some gluten free options available at breakfast ...much appreciated, thank you!
travelling option not listed - 2 travellers
Hotel is located on the fifth floor of the old apartments. Never mind that, that is normal in the Rome and you are in 120 years old building. Owner of the hotel is very friendly, he may assist you like a professional tourist guide. Location is great , metro station which goes to many main stations is under the apartment.
The hotel provided a good continental breakfast. the staff were very helpful and friendly, they allowed us to move rooms twice, the room was clean and air conditioned. The hotel was near a park and restaurants and reasonable priced food shops
the beds were too firm for old bones to sleep on, the breakfast room wasn't large enough,we had to wait for a table. not all the rooms had a safe.Safes were available at reception The lift was only for 3 persons. The area around the hotel had a lot of litter
Close to train station.
Additional charges such as tax was not disclosed before booking.
The hotel staff were very courteous and the breakfast was good. Room was very clean looking and generally everything was fine and near the hotel there is a halal restaurant that have a good staff and delicious food.
The Orazia Hotel is located in the fifth floor of an office building. This is no such a rare thing in Rome, but better to know in advance. It is very close to the Vittorio Emmanuele metro station which is very convienent for moving around (buy a little noisy during the nights). The staff during the day is very friendly.
The night janitor. He was unfriendly and not very helpful. The neighborhood is full of street vendors.
it placed in a terrible place and dirty in the city with scary neighbours and its so dirty . at night you are going to scare too much when you want to go to any places .
Location most of the staff Space
Room service didn't really tidy up the rooms
Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is really close to the Termini, 10 minutes by walk. The Hotel is clean and quiet.
Breakfast is not varied, but tasteful. The WiFi sometimes jumped up and down, but it was still usable.
Atmosphere Decoration Secure Beautiful Helpful staff Nice breakfast
The staff @ Orazia were nice, the breakfast buffet was pretty simple. We got a bigger room on the second night because the first room was to small for 3. The metro was close by.
The coffee machine!
Nice, clean, central, close to railway and metro.
Nice faded grandeur in the decor, lovely staff especially the breakfast staff. A good breakfast with a good amount of choice. We liked the square showing films at night and stalls around the outside.....not far from Termini but on the underground Station Vittorio E line to get anywhere else.Close to Pallazzo del Freddo for the best ice-cream ever. Would recommend for the price.
We didn't have a great view but there were views of the square. We were hardly in the room, so much to see and do.
Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was too small
Location was great, steps away from the Metro (be cautious of pick pockets on the metro and in the ticket area). Decent sized rooms, lots of stairs to climb (140) if the elevator isn't working. Breakfast was fair and the wifi was strong. Walking distance to the Colosseum.
Good location, very near to a metro station, and 15 minutes walk from the Coloseum. Decent shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.
There's a lift for 3 people, so be prepared to use the stairs. The 5th floor location is advertised, though.
the location is very nice and thus hotel looks like old but have a unique atmosphere anyway i am satisfied. breakfast is not bad.
elevator is very old so little bit afraid
The hotel is located near to termini station. Very clean and quiet room, very polite and helpful english speaking staff and plentiful breakfast. We liked our stay in the hotel.
If you are moving with a wheel chair, I suggest to inform the hotel before hand because there are rooms in two floors and at least I didn't saw an elevator access to second one.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was fairly convenient, there was a subway exit right outside the hotel. The room was much bigger than expected and the air conditioner worked very well, unlike what other travellers have said in the reviews. The breakfast provided was pretty decent, with a simple selection. Also, the lift worked, contrary to my expectation after reading the reviews, which was a pleasant surprise as we had 4 small and 1 big suitcases and it would simply have been a nightmare carrying those up five flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. :)
I can't really come up with anything that I didn't like from this hotel but if I had to say something negative, I guess the design of the bathroom could have been better. The glass shower screen had quite a wide gap at the bottom so it was quite difficult not to get water on the floor when taking a shower. This was a very minor thing though, all in all, this hotel was very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. :)
Receptionist Andrea saved our nights by directing us to two good restaurants. Only one station to Termini.
Although the hotel is in a very good place, the neighbourhood does not have native people.
