Just 215 yards from Santa Maria Novella Station, Hotel Jolì is in a early 19th-century building in Florence’s center. A buffet breakfast with hot and cold food is served daily in the breakfast hall.

Clean modern room, friendly stuff
Parking is almost impossible, no places available near hotel. Garage is only option (20 euros per night, 10 minutes walking)
This hotel was recently remodeled so it's very sleek and clean. I liked the quiet neighborhood and that it was a nice 20 minute walk to get to the sites. The breakfast selection was good. Loved the courtyard in the back and our little balcony on our room.
The beds are very hard. The a/c system is all electronic so it's a little tricky figuring out the wall unit and the remote. The walls in this hotel are very thin so you do hear your neighbors talking and banging around. There is no staff at desk past 10pm so if you return late, you have to have staff from across the street let you in the door.
clean and modern, large bright rooms, great breakfast
Walls were thin and floors had no rug coverings to absorb the noise as guests moved about. The tiny elevator makes a lot of noise, so use earplugs.
No bathroom privacy the doors are all made of glass and see through. No soundproofing so the noise of people clomping around kept us awake at night. The young girl working at breakfast was incredibly rude, rolling her eyes at me when I asked for some coffee. Would not recommend this hotel.
Room was new, clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but acceptable for a 2 star hotel. In a good location about 20 mins walk from the main tourist area so a bit quieter.
The walls in the hotel are quite thin so it can be noisy if you have loud neighbours so I recommend you bring ear plugs in case. The lift is very small - we had a baby buggy and it didn't fit.
Staff were helpful and the room was big and very modern.
The walls of the rooms are thin and we couldn't sleep well because of the noise that other guests made when travelling up or down the stairs. We also heard every step that the guests in the room above ours made.
I liked everything from this hotel. The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast more than good, we had fresh fruit and fresh bread every morning. The lady, despite of her busy schedule in the morning, always was offering us capuccino and expresso. Staff always in good mood, very helpful. Because the hotel is not on the centro historico, but very near, restaurants and shoppings are less full and cheaper. We found very nice spots to eat fine food. I would return to Orcagna 100%.
If I have to complain about something, that I do not have, is that is not so close to the historical center, but at an easy walk of 20-25 min, time for you to visit a lot of places you would miss if you are nearer the center. If you are not in a mood to walk, the bus in on the corner. But believe me, the best 20 min. walking of my life.
Nice staff. Very friendly.
The hotel reception is non existent after 10, sometimes even at 8. Then you have to go to the hotel across the road, collect the keys and the reception staff fron that hotel comes over and opens the front door of the hotel for you. When you are tired after a long walk you want to be in your room ASAP than waiting around. They should trust the guests to have a copy of the front door and a self closing mechanism of the door or something like that. Wifi is temperamental. Otherwise good. It's 30 min walk from most attractions, no big deal though
Ease of location Helpful pleasant staff Good breakfast
Thin walls between rooms
Good value for money, good sized rooms with modern fixtures and fittings. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable.
Location not ideal for younger children (30-40min walk from main items of interest). For younger families a more central location might be better.
One of the best hotels for the ratio price/quality! Modern room and hotel Wonderful design Delicious breakfast Parking place
A little bit far from city center
This hotel was clean and modern. The location was great because everything was within walking distance.
room facilities, comfort, room design, room size, design of the hotel, all those look more than 2 stars hotel.
We really enjoyed spa at veranda after long walking.
Although it's a 2* star hotel it can be rated as 3+*. Great breakfast(with eggs and sausages), newly renovated room- we have been to Rome, Grosseto, Lavagna, La Spezia and Milamo- non of the hotel we stayed at could match this one for quality, and the price of this hotel is amazing!
You need to call hotel on the other side of the street so they will let you in after 11PM.
The staff are friendly and helpful, room was very large with comfortable beds, good size shower and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is simple continental but more than ample with fresh coffee and pastries. Location is good, about a 20 min walk from all the main tourist sites but there are cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity too.
Comfortable rooms. Clean and cool. Walking distance to the main attractions of Florence. The rustic elevator was charming to try (even though it was easier to just use the stairs).
Wifi just does not work in your room. This is a known problem that they say they've tried to fix. It's technically available, though ... just not in your room. You need to join the rest of the folk sitting downstairs. Also, you need to go across the street to be let in if you get back after 8pm when the reception closes.
very modern room, with nice facilities, good breakfast, in walking distance from the city center; they provide private car parking
Very thin walls..you can hear everything from other rooms or hallway
Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Great location from down town. 15 min walk to the duomo and all the small cafes and restos.
Parking, but check every morning and one can find free parking on the street (white lines)
Clean, modern design, good air con, showers and comfortable beds. 20 minute walk to historic town centre. Reception staff spoke good English.
Wifi was poor with a very weak signal in all rooms. Reception staff were polite and helpful but unfortunately the service at breakfast was poor with the waitress more interested in chatting than serving and clearing tables.
Parking available. Breakfast was simple but good. 15 minutes walking to the city center and close enough to Nelson Mandela Forum. The neighborhood seems safe and some shops and restaurants are withing walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Lift was small and very old. After 8pm, entering the Hotel was only possible by asking the reception of a hotel nearby.
- Great rooms - very modern hotel - Close to the train station - Great price - Clean - Nice bathroom
- poor wifi connexion - Poor breakfast - A bit far from the center of Firenze (20 mn walking) - A lot of mosquitos in Firenze
the rooms were good and modern & the breakfast was excellent. i enjoyed my stay there
the Wifi internet was really slow.
It was a great hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff especially Christina was super sweet and efficient. We just loved it.
Everything was great, the staff was super extraordinary especially Christeena. We enjoyed every minute we spent at our hotel. The location added so much to the whole trip. The breakfast was delicious. It was simply a perfect stay.
