Both the hotel and the location were excellent. Your website didn't include the fact that the hotel was on a wonderful, pedestrian only shopping street. We were pleasantly surprised on our arrival. |

Despite losing my baggage in transit the hotel staff were helpful in offering personal hygiene items such as shaving equipment and toothbrush/paste etc. They also contact the airport several times on my behalf to try to locate my baggage. The noise. The walls, ceiling and floor seemed paper thin. You could hear everything from the rooms around you. This was made worse by some guests returning to their rooms very late at night (3 am). If the hotel was full I could imagine it would be very noisy. However, everything else about the hotel was ok. |

The accommodations were very good. The bed was comfortable and the facility was spotless! Breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The wireless internet service was not working during my one night stay. |

The receptionist at the hotel was first rate, extremely helpful and made us very welcome. The hotel was very comfortable, excellent standard, and very well located for the centre of historic Brindisi. |

Location perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful, checking train times and arranging for us to have breakfast - an excellent one! - ahead of time because we needed to catch an early train. Very nice room overlooking the buzzing, palm tree fringed Corso Garibaldi. Highly recommended. |
