It was clean, the staff were friendly and the position was perfect. They decor was lovely. Had trouble with the wireless internet connection. Tea and coffee making facilities would improve the services. |

Good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff. A little loud, due to the construction on the nearby street |

The location was excellent! I needed something close to Roma Termini and Hotel Orlanda was definitely close (two short blocks away). I figured that I would take the train to the airport...However, the hotel staff actually emailed me a day or two before my check-in to inform me that they could book me on an airport shuttle if I preferred to. I really appreciated their foresight. (I ended up taking the shuttle as I had a lot of luggage. Turned out to be very affordable and quite convenient.) Another plus: they had free wi-fi AND a laptop in the lounge area for people who didn't bring their own laptops and netbooks. Their services and facilities actually exceeded my expectations for a 2-star hotel. Definitely got a lot of bang for my buck! There were just minor inconveniences. And when I say minor, I mean minor. For instance, the elevator was only for two people and 1 piece of luggage. Not too big a deal. I was pretty happy that there was an elevator at all. (And a functioning one at that!) There was a funny chemical-like smell in the room at the beginning but I suppose it was just from the cleaning products. As for the bathroom, I was glad to see that it was pretty complete: hairdryer, shower, toilet, bidet, bath/toilet accessories. The only downside being I kept knocking into the shower walls and the shower control knob because the shower stall was tiny! (And I'm a petite person.) So, this could be a problem for some. Breakfast was quite drab but sufficient. |

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were adequete and the bathrooms were clean and roomy The entrance is hard to find, as it is on the third floor of a block, and the entrance stairway is a bit grim and smelly |

Have an internet is the way I consider to stay. Breakfast needs to improve especially for a long stay traveler. The water pressure was not enough when I was taking shower. |

Decent, cost-effective Hotel, very near to the Termini Station. Clean, but there is some noise on the street that leaks in the room. |

the location. the room smelled bad. it is located on a 3rd floor of a builiding were there and 6 more hotels: one hotel for each floor therefore too crowded and the elevator is not convenient it can only carry 2 persons. |

Location is excellent. Close to Metro and buses. Many restaurants nearby. You can walk to many tourist locations. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. Room was small, but I expected that. Breakfast was acceptable but coffee could be improved and fruit would be nice. |

The breakfast was very fresh and nice. I liked the location and the comfort of the rooms. They were spacious and clean. The bathroom was a little cramped but it was clean which is more important. The WIFI worked well in my room. The fact you have to pay extra for air conditioning. |

The hotel is very close to the Rome central station (termini ~500m) and it is a good point to visit the city (metro A is connected directly to many must-to-see places). The room and common areas were nice and perfectly clean. All staff members extremely kind and professionals. Building entrance and elevator might not be very "elegant". Air conditioning was available and working fine, but paying a (small) extra-fee. |

As mentioned already - it's very close to the train station. You're also close to the underground and bus station. It's clean and good value for money. Make sure you have the directions to the hotel as the signage is small and can be easily missed. If you want aircon you have pay an extra 5 Euros per night (i.e. you get the remote control). |
