1) Just 5 min walk from termini station so you are always connected 2) Hotel was clean, staffs are kind and informative, good ambiance to stay with family as we take quadruple room which was spacious enough 3)Good wifi connection though we hardly used it. 4) free coffee until 10 pm. 5)They made up the room on daily basis.
1) We were there in January and the heating was not working. So room was pretty cold. 2) Breakfast was very basic and sweet one with very less options. No savory items were available.
the location easy to reach, the staf is ready with smile to help anything you need
position 3 min, from station/main bus transfer restaurants everywhere, staff very good and very helpful, we wanted to go to the catacombs they rang to check opening hours and advised what bus to catch, generally all staff excellent
nothing all great
All staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Would stay there again.
It was very easy to find Orlanda Hotel. Only a couple of minutes walk from Termini Station. And you can find many restaurant arround the hotel, and also halal food. If you decide to ride hop on hop off, there's a start point near the hotel. The room was so clean, and the staff are great. They let me stay for late check out.
I don't have anything bad to say for this hotel.
Very spacious room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great value. Coffee available all day.
Hotel staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean and decently comfortable. Very convenient to public transit, local restaurants and historic sights. Reasonably priced.
staff very helpful, lacation
Staff, location, convenient
Friendly greeting with helpful staff. Great location. Fairly basic but great for a few days sightseeing. Lovely extra of free coffee and pastries on hand.
Breakfast pretty basic but adequate.
When I arrived, a guy helped with a bag to my room. The room was near the computer area and they had some bread and sweets from breakfast there and the guy told me to help myself. They also offer free bottled water. The room was clean and quiet with great WI-Fi. The room was plenty big for one person and I had a double bed. Everyone is really nice. Breakfast is on the 5th floor. Literally, five minutes from Termini.
Not a complaint, just an FYI...There are a bunch of hotels in the building, so you have to look at all the hotel signs around the door to make sure you're in the right spot. It can be a little tough to find at first. You go in and to the right. Then up to the third floor.
Friendly staff - they are there all night. Willing to help!
Breakfast was really nothing to boast about - once in Rome, do it the way the Romans do - walk into a bar, have a cappuccino and brioche for around three euros! The area around the hotel is unfortunately not quite it! But very near to Termini
Proximity to everything -great to walk to major destinations & ease of access to transport Staff were always obliging & helpful Rooms were clean & well serviced & access timely
Breakfast could include fruit
Restaurants shops and train station close by , also not far to main attractions
Hotel had no face upstairs in block with other hotels - Lobby upstairs , Poor Lift , No nice lobby hall , no comfortable lounge area, views out of window ugly dirty. Would make it second choice in future.
the breakfast, the value for money, the friendly and helpful staff
1. Location - Very close to termini station. 2. Big Rooms 3. Fast Wi-Fi
1. Very small lift, Hotel at 3rd floor. 2. Very very small bathroom.
Staff enthusiasm & responsiveness. Nothing was too much trouble
I would have liked some fresh fruit included with breakfast & sugar free natural juice
Breakfast was miserable, like in airplane, comapared to our previous hotels in Italy - Nuovo Hotel Del Porto in Bologna and Hotel Mia Cara in Florence(PC with internet in the room and icecream for breakfast)...where the price was lower(of course it;s not Rome), Two or three times our bathroom was overflooded by the electronic WC:)
The breakfast was OK!
1. Location 2. Unlimited wifi 3. Good breakfast. 4. The lady receptionist was very accommodating and friendly 5. Everyday they do housekeeping 6. Most of the staff are eager to help you in your queries
New pillow and blanket were supposedly placed inside the cabinet. The pillow on top of the cabinet was clean but the blanket was obviously unwashed which was placed at the bottom of the cabinet. I requested a new one but the male staff who was on duty that night insisted that it is new and that he can only replace it the following day because he claimed that there is no extra blanket. The next day, I saw the old blanket returned back at the bottom of the cabinet, and a new one was placed on top of the bed.. This is the only thing thus far that disappoints me during my stay. Otherwise, everything was almost perfect!
friendly staff, good location
street noise, pipe smell in the room
Excellent location close to Termini station, good local restaurants, walking distance to many major tourist sites. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, great breakfast, coffee and snacks available for free all day. The area is very safe and a lot nicer than some tour books had indicated.
- hotel is located about 100 metres from Termini station - you can take everywhere by walk - Colosseum is about 15 min by walk - the staff was very helpful - hotel was clean and tidy room every day - the fridge in the room
- the breakfest could be improved, there is no cheese, no egs, no ham. Only bread, croassiants, butter, jam, honey and pâté. Yogurt ( only fruit, no natural ) and müsli - very pool quality sleep, you hear everything from the reception and corridor - the facilities in the room is older and the floor tiles are damaged - the pillows were horrible, very hard and high
helpful team, clean
breakfast needs improvement
Very close to Termini station, even with heavy luggage. Lift for luggage as it is on the 3rd floor. Good coffee machine available for free 24/7. Wonderful restaurant right next to the entrance of the building and another across the street to the right. Irish pub close by, open till late.
Not a nice area, with sex shops and what looked like ladies-of-the-night and cheap clothes shops everywhere. But it was safe to walk around for 2 girls alone on our way back from the Irish pub at 3am. Some woman was shouting in the corridor at the hotel in Italian at 4am.
