The personal from the hotel treats us very well. The room have wireless router inside, and the location its amazing. Just a few blocks from termini rome.

the staff at Orlanda were incredible. I had unfortunately been robbed in the street and the staff there helped me out finding addresses for places I needed to go, making phone calls and being kind and supportive. the room was spacious, clean and the bed beautiful and comfortable. great value for money. would definitely stay there again.

Really nice and good value hotel! Located 5 min from the train station, 15 min walk from colloseum. Staff very friendly and super helpfull. Coffee machine in the hall ( for free). Room very clean, nice, comfortable, big double bed, clean bathroom with facilities. We were really surprised with the comfort of this hotel! And the lovely italian restaurant just next to the hotel. Highly rocommended! Perfect for short stay as well as long one!

We had lovely time staying at this hotel friendly staff helpfully very close to site seeing one bus to Vatican City and also 5min walk to the train station and bus station and also 20 min walk to colosume. Breakfast was very nice

I like the workers they are very freindly. In general very good hotel for that price. But I have a Question in general do I have to bay in cash when I leave the hotel for my stay or you cut the amount of my reservation form my Visa card. In this hotel I do not pay the hotel but in my next stay at City pension Berlin I did pay my stay even I did my reservation by booking.com .

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but good enough.

The sounds from the adjacent reception area, other rooms and especially from the street were quite audible.

Stated in 2 rooms over 5 nights- both bathroom areas gave an disagreeable smell. Not sure of the source of the smell

Central location to Station Terminii. Free tea/coffee. The best and fastest free room WiFi of all the hotels we stayed at.

The dining room was separate to the hotel and located two floors above. There was no welcoming open door. Had to press the buzzer to be let in. Breakfast (continental) was OK. To turn on the air conditioner was an extra charge.

The location was excellent. Only two blocks from the train station which also has two metro stops. Was easy to find. The staff were superb! Very helpful and friendly. Fully conversant in English. Booked our Roma Pass with them as well as a discounted Green Line city bus tour. Room was the most spacious of any we had in Italy. Very clean and facilities appeared to have been updated. Hotel on third floor and while the lift was small it worked fine. Safe available in room. Number of English channels on TV. Continental Breakfast, while basic, was satisfactory for intended purposes. Many restaurants in the immediate area. This hotel has very good value as rates were excellent for Rome.

We loved this hotel during our four-day stay. If were staying for a longer period of time might prefer a less busy part of the city <which might be a challenge in Rome>.

Very convenient location to main train and bus station (approx 2 blocks) plus ease of access to attractions if you enjoy walking. Plenty of restaurants in area. Staff at this hotel were most helpful in orienting us to Rome.

The staff running Orlanda is wonderful. Our first night, we were in a room that was right off a busy street, and my wife had some difficulty sleeping. I mentioned this to the staff the next day, and they moved us to a quieter room. They were genuinely concerned that she have a good stay.

Very clean, staff were helpful in giving information regarding buses etc., free supply of coffee/internet. Offered room in a quieter location of hotel. Given air-conditioning for free (usually pay on a daily basis). Breakfast was adequate and room was spotless, bedlinen changed regularly.

After a heavy downpour of rain, the water system connected to the bathrooms gave off a revolting smell for the rest of the stay, so we didnt linger too long in there, but this wasnt really anything the hotel itself could have rectified if the problem was caused by the mains drains. Also the lift is fairly ancient and small, no more than 2 persons allowed, so you wouldnt want to be claustrophobic or overweight.
