The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and in an amazing location with only a 2 minute walk to the bridge. The wifi was great. I would definitely recommend it!
Good value for money - lovely area, fantastic apartment, great customer service..! I would definitely come back!
Worst hotel ever! Very dirty, the photos on the site have nothing to do with this terrible hotel! Very rude and unhelpful staff(we almost miss our flight because of them),no service at all, terrible beds and pillows. Actually noone should ever visit this hotel again and booking.com should remove ot from it's site! This hotel should close
Space , self catering, proximity to main sights
Noise at nighttime
Very convenient location Spacious apartment Great bathroom
The 20 Euro charge for checking in late (8 p.m.) was steep, and took the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience.
Elegant and comfortable apartment. Central location with good amenities close by. Anthony couldn't have been more charming and helpful
Light switches confused me! Being English, ours are different - took me a while to get used to. Minor irritant.
Excellent location for visiting the city. Near all locations yet quiet at night. Kitchen layout was good. Apartment was comfortable with good furnishings.
We were upgraded to this apartment. The junior suite we had originally booked had no kitchen sink or work surface, only a microwave, fridge and kettle. We feel that it was not made clear enough that the junior suite had no facilities. The apartment we did have had a washing machine but no ironing facilities although these were listed on the apartment details. Kitchen was good but equipped with only very minimal cutlery and crockery.
Hard to find but a beautiful apartment. Anthony (manager) was such a nice guy. Very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 br 2nd fl apartment for 4 people. It was perfect and we would have liked to stay longer. Pleasant walk over the bridge to the sights and lovely restaurants.
A bit tricky to find as the door is hidden.
the penthouse on the 4th floor is huge, you have plenty of space and even after one week of shopping and a lot of stuff laying around you still don't feel like in a regular hotel room, because the ceiling is very high and the beds are upstairs. they clean every 3 days so it's no time to get the kitchen too messy. the terrace offer view to the palazzo pitti and you can enjoy a glass of wine while hearing music from the streets. if you prefer silence, you can close all the windows and the terrace doors and it gets perfectly silent and dark.
the elevator is very slow, we preferred taking the stairs even though it was quite hard to carry all groceries. it's also a problem with all the lights, we still didn't figure out how to turn the right ones on after one week, which makes it a little problematic for kids to go to the toilet at night without turning on all the lights in the room. but if the small ones sleep downstairs, one of the bathrooms is right next to the bedroom so there won't be any problem.
The location is absolutely perfect - there is lots to do and see in Santo Spirito, and there are way less tourists and more locals, which is always a good sign. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We even had a small terrace, which was nice. If you arrive by car, it's a good idea to call in advance to announce your time of arrival so they can arrange your valet parking.
The building was beautiful and the apartment satisfied all our needs. The manager was extremely helpful and respectful. The parking service was excellent also.
Location Extra space Character of apartment Friendly staff
I loved the high beamed ceiling in my apartment and the sense of space. I loved the fact that just around the corner, I had the Pallazzo Pitti and access to cafe's and supermarkets, as well as artisans and shops. The Ponte Veccio was a short walk away. Across the road there was the Gusto pizzeria and a bus could be found 150 m down Via Maggio. The manager Anthonie was wonderfully helpful, and when I needed to stay an extra two days, that was efficiently dealt with. I highly recommend it! Thanks Anthonie
The on site staff Antony. Best customer service in Italy. We only tip for good service and we received that. Hope you find a new appointment very soon.
Noise at night from nearby streets made sleeping very difficult. For us sleep at night so important to cope with the tourist activity during the day.
Good location. Spacious apartment.
Wi-Fi not very consistent at times.
Antonio was so helpful. The location is fantastic It is in an authentic, characteristic building.
The apartment was clean, well equipped, and in a decent location.
Make sure you tell them when you will arrive. We had to hunt them down to check in. We had to ask for extra towels for our fifth person. The furniture is not very new, but is clean and functional.
The Orlando palace staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Large enough for 5 people and very quiet.
This is the best place to stay in Florence. The location is quiet and perfect. Gusta Pizza across the street is an experience. The Boboli gardens are a five minute walk and Opera in the Church also across the street are the other attractions. Anthony the caretaker is a perfect host and guide to what to do etc. The apartment itself is superbly appointed and most of all in summer the airconditioning is a godsend.
Great location, great place. Clean and spacious. Anthony was pending of all our needs and help us when needed.
room Location services clean quality
Be very careful with the reservation Call before you arrive. It was hard to find the reseption's officer
Best location in Firenze. Walking distance to all attractions, but far enough removed from the Duomo that it wasn't swarmed with tourists. Great food on that side of the river.
Apartment is in a limited traffic zone, and although there is valet parking, it is a bit of a hassle. You have to park your car on the curb while you wait for the valet guy, and the street is busy and tight. Also, there is not always someone on site.
This place has a great location, walking distance of everything, no more than 20 minutes to the Academy. It is very neat, has everything you could need, the washing machine is a plus, no dryer but we were given a rack and problem solved. Highly recommended.
The bed is a little hard but I think that is a personal preference.
Location was perfect!
Television only in Italian language! Airco too warm
Location was excellent, management were very helpful arranging car parking.
Phone and wi fi reception was poor inside the building
