Nice and very clean apartment. Painted ceilings and Orlando arms on plates add a taste of Florence to your staying. Perfect location! Antony who takes care of the building, is a lovely and very helpful guy!

Garage is expensive but that's the cost of staying in the centre of Florence

Molto pulito, ad un passo dal Ponte Vecchio e dagli uffizi, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Staff molto professionale e disponibile. Il Palazzo è storico ed è molto bello e lussuoso sembra di entrare in una favola ...la nostra Suite con affreschi ...bellissima...i soffitti della camera sono altissimi circa 6 metri, è tanto che veniamo a Firenze e non esiste un posto cosi. Grazie a Federica e a tutto lo Staff di Orlando Palace! Esperienza fantastica! Consigliatissimo!

The apartment, and in fact the entire building, is beautiful. It has recently been restored impeccably down to the crystal chandelier in the entry hall, to the ceiling murals in the apartments. Anthony, the staff on site is amazing: attentive, helpful and gracious. There is a beautiful new elevator in the building, making it an excellent choice for the mobility impaired. An added bonus, is the washing machine located in the excellently remodeled bathroom and the dishwasher in the kitchen. The furnishings are elegant and tasteful.

I am afraid that once people become aware of this wonderful place we will to be able to get a reservation again!

The host was delightful and very accomadating with any request. The apartment was very impressive and clean. All amenities supplied. The location was outstanding!

excellent location, huge apartment, spotlessly clean, well furnished. The apartment within a building centuries old was blissfully silent in such a vibrant city. Huge variety of eating places nearby. All major attractions witih walking distance. Anthony who seems to be in charge of Orlando is a gem. Efficient, totally willing to organise and provide all information needed A taxi can bring you from the station to the front door. Can be booked for return trip as they speak english. In all would return here and stay in this lovely apartment.

The location was outstanding, just across the bridge from all the city attractions. Very comfortable and large; plenty of space to spread out in. The staff was friendly and attentive, and easy to contact.

The street noise was loud, but the windows closed the noise out at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Orlando Apartments. Apartment was very clean, location is outstanding. Very safe neighborhood. We liked being on this side of the Arno. Close to all the main sites, but across the bridge from all the tourist commotion when we felt like relaxing at the apartment. One very short block from Santo Spirito that has some fun nightlife and great little cafes. A little adjustment not having a concierge, but it is afterall an apartment, not a hotel. However, Antony and Jude were very responsive to any questions or requests. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend Orlando Palace if you are looking for non-hotel accommodations. We were glad we did!

The lobby is already lovely. The room is cozy, big, clean and well decorated, much better then I expected. The location is wonderful, 5 mintes walk to the beautiful Ponte vecchio. The only staff Anthony is friendly! I would stay here again if I could come back later.

We have to clean the room by ourselves, but it's fine when I know that Anthony is the only staff of the apartment and he takes care of two building!

Our apartment was huge!! High ceilings, a double bed, a sofa bed, cupboard, tv, with an area towards the back with a small fridge and microwave, dining table, a bathroom, and small courtyard. We weren't expecting it to be so nice! On check-in, the staff member was very friendly and helpful. Location was great too- less than a minute's walk from a piazza which is surrounded by cafes and bars, and has a small market on some weekend days. There is also an incredible pizza place directly opposite the apartments - Gusto Pizza.

There are two number "21"s on Via Maggio, a blue 21 and red 21. In the description, it would've been so much more helpful if this was made clear, as we spent 30mins with our backpacks on, scouring the streets for the apartment (the apartments in Florence aren't marked very well) we were fairly confused until a lovely Italian girl rang the apartment phone for us, and asked the contact person how we could get there. As we had booked so late, we weren't able to get into the apartments and had to wait 30-40mins for a staff member to drive there to meet us after we rang them, and to let us in. Our fault for booking so late in the day, so just make sure you book in advance, or at least call them to let them know when to expect you.

Very comfortable apartments on a well known(but not noisy) street in a historical building in a 1 minute walk from Piazza Pitti and close to main Florence POI. Huge space in a room(super high ceiling!). Free bottle of chianti from family winery :). No breakfast, but supermarket is also near, so it's not a problem at all. Pleasant guy on a reception helps in any situation. Best value for its' money for people who want to enjoy real Florence atmosphere.

The location was great. It was in the center of the city which allowed easy access via walking to all the sites. You might think because it was in the city is would be noisy. Not at all the case. It was spacious and clean. We stay in the penthouse which was nice because it had two bathrooms. One in the master suite and the other for the kids. Anthony the staff person was awesome. Took care of all our needs and was very friendly.

They only provide two rolls of toil issue and no paper towels. There was a washer (which was great) however no dryer. We stayed in the summer and it was hot however if people were staying in colder months that might be an issue.

The location was great - very close to the main attractions without being surrounded by tourists - and was the tall Florentine ceilings made it a nice cool room to shelter from the Tuscan heatwave.

The room was a bit sparse and could do with some basic cooking facilities to match the nice dining table.

Having stayed in Florence before we chose the Orlando Palace for it's location. There is a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby so you can avoid the tourist traps within the centro storico while remaining in close proximity to all of the main attractions. You can walk to the Ponte Vecchio in a few minutes. Also, when on city break in a family group we find apartments such as Orlando Palace a much better option than hotels.

We couldn't get the aircon to work during the night so it became a bit uncomfortable.

Nice apartment, we were met at the door and the staff was very helpful. Fantastic location. Nice and quiet. Nice to have a washing machine and kitchen, even for a brief stay.

It being May, it was getting warm. The apartment was hot during the night and there was no air conditioning. Worse yet, no screens on the windows. We all had at least 30 mosquito bites by the time we left which made it hard to sleep well. For those from the us, the apartments have washing machines but no dryers.

I liked the nearness to the tourist attractions in Fierenze. Also the fact that having an apartment we could relax and snack when we wanted to (usually ate out) and come and go as we pleased (keypad entry). Anthony (reception) was very helpful. All facilities to hand and the decor was nice. Loved the shower!

Nothing really. We faced onto the busy street which was noisy at times but having done a good day's sightseeing we were tired so it didn't really disturb us. And there was air-con but not in use ye as only beginning of May!!!! Being northern Europeans it would have been good in the small bedroom!

The location is excellent for sightseeing for several days in downtown Florence, a short walk to every big museum and palace we wanted to see. The apartment is large, comfortable and handsomely decorated. The dishwasher and clothes washer were especially welcome. Be aware that the guests must supply their own hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, and laundry soap. We quite enjoyed cooking at home, shopping at the close-by supermarket, using local herbs and olive oil purchased at previous stops in our tour and brought along in the luggage. Why paid lots of euros for spagetti when you can make it at home with a fresh sauce and local sausage and have leftovers for lunch! Also want to mention that the free wi-fi has a good, strong signal.

While the apartment is wonderful for two people, a larger group should be aware that people sleeping on the sofa bed must pass through the master bedroom to the bathroom. Also, we were amazed they supply exactly two forks. Two. Forks. That tiny detail, very small in the big scheme of excellence, detracts from the overall impression of the stay. Nevertheless, bring your own tableware and a knife sharpener and you'll be just fine. Enjoy the ambience and the flavor of the neighborhood. Firenze is a great place to visit and the Orlando Palace is a great place to stay while you're there.

Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with clean dishes and etc. In general the apartment is big, clean and well located.

We stayed at the Orlando Palace for 2 days and expected some room service - like cleaning, but we did not see any.

The location was perfect, a block from Pitti Palace, very close to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was lovely, a converted palace. Rooms are large, new furnishings, luxury, nice kitchen, everything we needed. Staff greeted us and took care of our needs. It was wonderful.

Lusso notevole, ottima posizione, prezzo promozionale per una struttura del genere.

Assoluta mancanza di parcheggio in zona. E soprattutto il fatto che ci avessero promesso la super suite con terrazza all'ultimo piano e invece ci hanno rifilato una stanza normale (per quanto bella). Scorretti.

Sehr großzügig aufgeteilt,super Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles perfekt sauber,wunderbares Flair- wir können es für Familien bis 5 Personen sehr empfehlen. Sehr gut, dass es 2 Bäder gibt. Als Anregung würden wir eine Mappe vorschlagen, wo die wichtigsten Adressen und Telefonnummern drinstehen, damit es leichter ist, z.B. auch den Supermarkt an der Ponte Vecchio zu finden, wo man alles bekommt( Toilettenpapier, Wasser, Lebensmittel...) Florenz selber ist die Wucht und die Lage der Wohnung wirklich perfekt für alle Ziele. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da!

In der Beschreibung stehen 3 SZ, was nicht der Fall ist. Es gibt ein SZ mit Bad en suite und 3 weitere Schlafmöglchkeiten auf der Galerie mit einem weiteren Bad unten. Als Familie kein Problem, mit Freunden wäre das schon schwierig.

Мы приехали в Orlando Apartments вчетвером. Чудесно провели выходные. Отличное расположение. Рядом есть кафе и рестораны. Мы приехали на своей машине, припарковались у входа в апартаменты и через 10 минут за ней приехали работники парковки. Это было очень удобно. Интернет работал хорошо. Весёлый и предупредительный консьерж филиппинец, говорит по-английски, по-итальянки и по-испански. То есть со всеми найдёт общий язык. Так как это не отель, не забудьте взять с собой мыльные принадлежности. Если соберусь опять навестить Флоренрцию, в первую очередь посмотрю цены на эти апартаменты.
