Free clean water in the rooms
On arrival to the hotel, all staff were polite and friendly, room was always very clean, each day. Breakfast was really nice and a good selection.
To get to the hotel wasn't easy, a taxi was needed to get to and from the airport- which was 40-45 euros each way. Because the hotel wasn't central a bus and metro was needed to get to and from main sites.
lovely room and friendly service. Breakfast was good too.
Breakfast was fresh and variant.
Wifi was a bit weak inside the room. (room located opposite of reception). however the wifi was strong in the breakfast area.
It is quiet, clean and relaxing
It isn't well connected with the centre
I found this hotel to be charming and comfortable (in fact for its price it was extremely comfortable and absolutely spotless). It is not in the centre of Rome but is readily accessible by public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful in response to any question. I would definitely stay there again.
Located in a quite area of Rome, a bit far from the city center but there are refrequent buses next to the entrance. Great value for money.
The room was big for four. Breakfast excellent! The bus stop is close and the hotel is very quiet. The restaurant was one of the best but I had to wait for one hour or even more to make an order and the restaurant was empty! Also two out of 3 that I went there they charged me an extra meal so check your bill!!
Location was a bit too far from the city. Transfer to airport is 45 euros.
The price, the breakfast. Near the hotel has a fantastic restaurant with good prices.
Was not offered shuttle transfer!!!!! So far from Metro ... so you spend 20 minutes in a bus to arrive in a Metro station - but ok, the major issue is that sometimes the buses are crowded.
Great restaurant and very nice staff.
If you travel with older people (like me - I was with my grandma) this is a great place to stay. Nice, green surroundings, park in 200m...simply a good place to relax after tiring day at Rome. Of course not only for older people, as others will like it as well for sure. I was happy that my grandma was having a place to rest. The personal, especially from the breakfast room was excellent. I have never had such a rich breakfast in Italy! :)
I would expect a bit bigger room for 4 people, however our one was ok for this price.
This place is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Quiet, peaceful and clean country side air. Comes with a good continental breakfast
Transportation can be quite a hassle. You need to take the Metro from Rome Termini to San Paolo, take a bus to Gotta Perfetta.
Comfortable, clean hotel and excellent value for money. Good breakfast Nice gardens.
The location suited my visit but it is rather far from centre of Rome
excellent restaurant with italian cuisine. excellent brekfast clean beautiful garden safe box in the room
There are no noise isolation. The walls are thin and we hear the noise from near-by rooms
Really cute place. Breakfast is the best!!! Not really close to the center, but can easily be reach in 30min.
Internet is a bit slow.
Breakfast and shuttle service
I made an reservation for shuttle service on 0930am. I couldn't get on that shuttle due staff's mistaken.
Almost no wifi signal in the room.
The breakfast was fantastic and value for money was great.
A bit far out but reachable with bus easily
The restaurant attached to the hotel served an excellent dinner.
Staff was not overly helpful. Location far from Metro station and bus service seemed spotty.
Nice broad breakfast, helpful staff, I needed to leave my car here for a few hours after checkout and it was no problem for these people. Rooms are small but efficient.
Bad service, unfriendly worker and very small rooms.
Excellent, helpful, multi-lingual staff. Great restaurant with exceptional, friendly waiters. A relaxed atmosphere, which felt like an oasis away from the bustle of sightseeing in Rome city centre!
Chalet walls were thin, which meant we were woken by the alarm clocks of other guests.
allow dogs cctv parking super nice staff breakfast superb fairly easy to get to metro
hotel restaurant on fri had loud live music (but I had earplugs) v small room
