I loved the old world charm. Renovations were occuring during our stay however they will just add to the beauty of the hotel. Our room was smaller than expected. Booking.com shows terraces and balconys off of the rooms, however when we arrived we were informed that there are no terraces and balconies on the hotel floors, only on the residential floor. |

Room with a balcony was very large. Facilities were godd and the location was very nice.Breakfaast was plentiful with a buffett constanly being renewed. |

We especilally liked the valet parking after a long drive into Florence. Also, the breakfast room and food were lovely. The bed was rather lumpy and the bedspread was in need of replacement. |

A nice building with a lot of potential. Nice reception and lobby. Good location, quiet. Good price, the savings more than compensate for the breakfast and other little inconveniences. For the level of the rooms, as it is typical in Italy, just reduce at a minimum 1 star from the official category and get ready for some country specific idiosyncrasies. The breakfast is mostly industrial bakery stuff and boxed/watered down juices. Good cold meats (but no variety). |

Me sorprendio muy gratamente todo del hotel , el lobby lujoso , la sala de desayuno espectacular ademas con una terraza soleada . la habitacion muy espaciosa con todo lo necesario y hasta vestidor , el personal muy pero muy atento y profesional . no se puede pedir mas . casi un cuatro estrellas |

εχει ωραιο χωρο υποδοχησ, και η αιθουσα πρωινου αλλα και γενικοτερα ολοι οι κοινοχρηστοι χωροι ηταν πολυ ομορφοι. επισησ η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου ειναι πολυ καλη, μια ευθεια που καταληγει στο κεντρο τησ πολησ (ντουομο) και περναει απο γνωστα αξιοθεατα (20 λεπτα περπατημα). ειναι επισησ πολυ κοντα στο σταθμο τρενων (περιπου 10 λεπτα) το μπανιο ηταν πολυ μικρο και αβολο. |

La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. El estilo del hotel con su pequeño jardincito crea un remanso de paz en medio del estrés de esta ciudad tan turística. El horario del desayuno hasta las 9.30 obliga a madrugar aunque no quieras. A veces si ibas de los últimos no encontrabas ya toda la variedad de productos y tardaban un poco en reponerlos. |

L'hôtel est très bien situe, dans le centre historique de Florence ... de la, on fait tout a pied. Le hall d'entrée est très design, la terrasse est romantique, les chambres/salle de bain confortables et fonctionnelles. |

De ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van de te bezoeken locaties. De leuke wijk met aantrekkelijke restaurants en het sfeervolle hotel en goed verzorgde. Het sanitair was schoon, maar wel erg oud. Enkele malen rook het dan ook even niet zo prettig. |

ロケーションはまずます良い。周辺にもレストランやスーパーマーケットが有り便利である。ホテルに対し要請- した事への対応はヨーロッパのホテルとしては非常に迅速に対応してくれた。施設が古い事は否めないが、フィ- レンツェのホテルとしてはよく整備されているのであろう。 |
