Otelimizin çatı katındaki odası muhteşem Floransa manzaralıydı. Duomo ve diğer tarihi yapıları görebiliyorduk. Yapı Medici'lerin yaşadığı bir konakmış. Lorenzo Medici burada yaşamış. Otelin tarihi mimari dokusu inanılmaz. Okuma odasındaki fresk tavanlar ve parke döşeme orijinal. Girişteki tavan bir mimari mest edecek tarzda. İç dekorasyon tarihi dokuyu yansıtan tarzda. Kahvaltı salonu şahane bir bahçeye açılıyor. Otelin konumu harika. Tren istasyonundan otele yürüyerek ulaştık. Galleria dell’Accademia, Florence Cathedral otelin çok yakınında. üCretsiz internet. Personel sempatik ve yardımcı. Yağmur için ücretsiz şemsiye dağıtılıyor. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim mükemmel bir otel... Our room has incredible Florence view. Lorenzo Medici lived this historical place so hotel's historical architectutal style and ambience is perfect. Reading room has frescoed ceilings and parquet floors. Ceiling at the entrance is marvelous for an architect. Interior design represents historical texture of hotel. Breakfast room is near the lovely garden. Location is perfect. Personal is friendly and deliver umbrella for rainy weather. I advise everybody this lovely hotel...

Asansörde kaldık ancak teknik servis sorunu anında çözdü. We stucked in elevator but technical service solved this problem immediately...

Best asset: location! Quiet yet a perfect walk to the tourist attractions. Chose a larger room overlooking garden which must be very nice in the spring snd summer

The reception staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent english. Helpful when asked questions. Room was very spacious, clean and well serviced. Welcoming cocktail in garden bar was very much appreciated and the outdoor area was beautiful and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and hotel was in a very central location for city site seeing and tours. Easy walking distance from train station.

Breakfast was poor in relation to other facilties at hotel.

Very nice common spaces: entrance hall, back yard, breakfast room, public computers. Remodeled bathrooms.

Breakfast was very basic. The decor of our rooms were a bit dated. The shower was heavily! leaking.

I thought it was the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in. beautiful decor and excellent facilities nice rooms and dining room and very convenient location. oh yeah .. 2 Imacs for hotel guests.

Well presented Hotel with a lovely courtyard garden, spacious rooms with friendly helpful staff; and best of all in a quite location but only a two minute walk to the historic centre and a ten minute easy walk to the train station.

Breakfast finished at 0930 which was rather early and if you got there any time after 0900 there was not always a good choice. The reception staff were fairly efficient but not particulary friendly nor did they appear to care whether your stay was going well.

I was very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent continental breakfast and the cleanliness of all the facilities. I will recommend this to my friends. John D.C. Masters

The room was comfortable and more upscale than any other of our trip. (It was also the most costly.) Plenty of space, very clean, and nice amenities. Loved the bath tub! The staff was friendly and helpful. As we were celebrating a significant anniversary, it was nice to be in room that gave the feel of a little luxury and we felt it was worth the little bit of extra splurge. A few reviews we read ahead of time warned that the location might be a little uncomfortable late at night, but we didn't find that to be the case. We felt safe.

We would have liked to see a slightly wider selection of options for breakfast, especially for people who don't eat meat. Soft- or hard- boiled eggs and cheeses would have been nice. Other than that the breakfasts were fine.

Centrally located - despite that feeling of hotel tranquil and peaceful. Within easy walking distance of main sites and bus and rail links. This is the second time we've stayed here and have recommended it to other visitors to Florence.

We received a warm welcome. Staff were very pleasant and very accommodating.
