Just outside the historic town of Orvieto, Hotel Kristall is 1 km from Orvieto Train Station and 300 metres from the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway exit.

Hotel Valentino Centro Storico is right in the heart of Orvieto, a 10 minute walk from the station and a few steps from the cathedral. Expect a friendly service and a generous breakfast buffet.

With its countryside location a 10-minute drive from Orvieto, Le Rose E Il Vino offers rustic-style rooms and a shared kitchen.
Score from 32 reviews Very good
Very modern hotel and clean and comfortable!
hotel close to the highway. check-in and out fast. breakfast O.K. all in all, very reasonable for the price.
not clean enough. between two railways (noise early in the morning). bathroom needs work.
The room was clean and comfortable, the shower and wifi worked
The walk to and from the station and funicular to Orvieto was dangerous and horrible. A very busy road with no footpaths. The room was noisy with road and rail traffic. Fine if you have a car horrible if you are walking.
Location, just a short distance from the motorway.Easy parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and facilities offered in rooms. We used the hotel for a transit stop and it is idea for this purpose.
Proximity to railway line.
Free parking, convenience to the autostrada, attentive staff.
Too far from Orvieto's center, where taking a car costs a lot in parking fees. You can walk from the hotel to the rear of the train station and get the funicular up to the town from there.
This place is fantastic...the food was great ...staff very friendly....location is great
A very nice small hotel in a great location for either traveling by, or stopping in Orvieto, It's right next to a large mall with grocery and ATM, and has a restaurant in the hotel with very good pasta dinners. Clean and everything you would need,
room confort and space Breakfast wifi connection personnel very kind and helpful
air conditioning not too good
Convenient Very good value restaurant next door (theirs wasn't open that night).
Train noise Air con not very ajustable
Free parking Breakfast
We have used the services of the hotel to sleep on our long journey. For this purpose the hotel is fully sufficient. Location close to highway. Location close to old town of Orvieto.
Location Good parking Good Restaurant Good breakfast
Staff very friendly and accomodating... especially with my dietary limitations (gluten and dairy free). Food in restaurant very good. Katia speaks excellent English and was very helpful. Location is 5 minutes outside old town of Orvieto... very convenient with a car.
Only drawback was proximity to railroad tracks... made for a noisy night!
We liked the price and the breakfast, that's all.
The building on the picture has nothing to do with the hotel Orvieto! Didn't like the view and the noice from the train.
The location is excellent: just off the A1. The front desk staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great too!
No complaints or suggestions.
Recently refurbished rooms are comfortable and spacious - especially at this price.
We had a car so location was no problem, but would be out of the way for anyone reliant on public transport.
Visiting a medieval hill town is tricky when you have a car. This hotel was what we needed. Free parking, clean, safe, walking distance into the ancient town. Great coffee bar in lobby, great free breakfast, elevator. Friendly, tourist helpful.
All good for price. It is not for luxury or a view. It is for convience, price and location.
Not a lot.
This is more of a down market roadside motel in a very industrial area. The place is dusty. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The dining room was host only to us and an old gent. with a young prostitute. Breakfast was meager, with stale cereals and rock hard bread. Terrible!
Nice and friendly personnel; fairly good price.
A lot of noise coming from a nearby train railways
Not knowing what the situation of parking in the town of Orvieto I preferred to book a hotel outside town. It is 1 km from the motorway exit, has free parking and was the cheapest I could find. The old town was 5km from the hotel and we parked in the indoor car park opposite the funicular station for a reasonable fee. It was a short walk from there (uphill).
The view from the room was nothing special: the high-speed train, motorway and a workshop with lorries etc. The air-conditioning was noisy and didn't work very well. But for the money we were paying it was fine.
