A car park right next to the hotel. Close to the town. Helpful staff. Hotel informed authorities car number plate so that we didn't get fined. Clean and friendly....
Excellent location, good parking, good breakfast.
In the room was weaker Wi-Fi signal, but in the lobby was good. It could be a refrigerator.
The room was dirty, the shower was broke, there was no cleaning service on sundays neither festives ... Breakfast was poor and the kitchen lady unfriendly and unpolite.
Just a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, the location couldn't be any better for the price. The campus is very serene, and the facility is well maintained. A great place to lay your head down at night after walking the porticos of Bologna.
Don't forget, this is a college dormitory. If you're expecting elegance this would not be a good choice.
We enjoyed our stay, Good value for money. staff ok. Food is very good, breakfast is good and healthly.
The staff at the restaurant could be better.
very decent hotel
strict breakfast time, 1am curfew
Very close to city center, basic furniture / room and bathroom furnishing; internet works very good. Price / Room / Location ratio very good.
Breakfast (included in my price), room and bathroom furnishing: basic. Good price though.
Location is perfect and reception staff very helpful with all you needs.Good value of money with quality. Thanks a lot for that staying!
It was very noisy one night, I was not lucky with neighbour
Very pleased with my stay. Simple but comfortable, clean and with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was fast and worked well in the room.
clean room with very good temperature, good location, all the employees are very kind and helpful..breakfast delicious and rich!!!!
the only problem was poor wi-fi at the rooms.
Location and staff
- Curfew. - Smell of desenfectant like a retirement house, and it feels a lot like one too. More precisely it feels like a retirement house for priests, and there's a cross in every room. - Probably the least ecological place I have been to in a long time. Toilet only has one big flush. I did not find a way to switch the air conditioning off in a definitive manner, it was always at 26C. The cleaners routinely leave it on with the window partly open, and throw away and replace everything you use every day so I had to hide my soap in order to avoid throwing away a peice of soap every day. Maybe God forgives all this, I'm not sure about mama Earth. BTW Booking: it's time to rate ecology of accomodations as well.
This thing about no enter the building after 01:00 am is no good.
Rooms and bathrooms were surprisingly large for the money. So were the breakfasts. Locations was convenient. Staff was exceptionally nice, although English was limited.
Hotel was a little hard to find, but once you got used to the location, you found it had its conveniences (quiet and safe).
Everyone was very friendly
Difficult to find the first night as it was very dark.
Beware: there is a curfew at 1h00!! Cafetaria personal was unfriendly, and all food was not always available if you came at 9h00 at breakfast.
I wonder why this place got a rating of 7.5. I had no complains about this place, whatsoever. The breakfast was excellent with so many items on the menu. The wifi was perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean with lots of hot water. The staff were very freindly and helpful. Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
Everything was good about this place. Nothing negative. The staff didn't speak much English but they were quite pleasant and helpful and so it didn't prove to be a problem.
All staffs are very helpful and polite. Problems fixed in time. Security is good. :) It is most valuable place to stay. Definitly wil recommend this place to all of my friends!
The beddings and matress made a bit discomfort at night. But , that's not a big deal. :)
Excellent value, friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, and unbeatable location! Highly recommended
Friendliness, value for money, nice breakfast, nice and friendly people working there, good internet connection. I had to leave a day earlier but they did not ask me to pay the last night which was very nice and friendly indeed! San Tommaso is in a walking distance from the main piazza. Very good!
it is a dormitory , too many good people stay in there
Good location, friendly and helpful staffs, chic atmosphere.
No refrigerator in the room, small TV, narrow bed. Perhaps it is facility for students to stay and study.
Safe, offers breakfast, cheap
It is not good that you are not allowed neither to enter nor to leave the building between 1 am and 7.30am
A bit far from city center, but still manageable on foot. Otherwise it's a great place.
Separate beds in double room.
Two things. 1. I have heard a lot from my friends who visited Italy of the disorderly way of managing things there. I have a touch of what they were meaning. Coming in the afternoon about 14:15, I found the door of my room widely open. I went to find a cleaning lady. She was to be seen 100 meters away along the corridor, finishing cleaning in smone else's room. 'Oh, ekscusa!!' She just forgot to lock back my door. The case proved my disbelief even in a very good hotel, so that I carry my passport and values always with me and do not leave them in the room. That was another proof. 2. Italians absolutely do not care to understand that some peoples in the world do drink other drinks, like tea, not only cappuccino. To speak nothing of my room, they did not have a boiler or a sort of a cooler with hot water in the whole hotel building. When I asked that I will need hot water to make my tea in the daytime and where can I get it, a receptionist proposed the following: open the hot water handle in your bathroom, and you will have hot water to make your tea. In the same manner, I could have told an Italian wishing to have cappuccino abroad with a good foam over the cap: put some washing powder in a cup, and you will have a nice foam over the coffee cup.
