The menus are made up of selected and refined products from the region, according to the availability of the season. The cuisine is based on genuine food and looks for simplicity to better taste the ingredients.
The meat proposed on the menu is the result of careful selection from the best national and foreign farms. A wide variety of vegetarian dishes are also available.
The wine cellar is inside the tufaceous caves, dated back to 1300; a walk is waiting for you during which you could taste excellent wine with typical products.
It is possible to organise catering for gastronomic events, business events, and special events on request.
The restaurant is open to the public and it has its own entrance.
The rooms are furnished with genuine materials, including wood, stone, and marble.
Hydro-massage and balcony on the Marecchia Valley are available on request.
Mastin Nuovo Room: the most economic of all the rooms, it is comfortable and features all common facilities.
Sigismondo Room: in addition to all common facilities, the room also offers a free daily newspaper and breakfast room service.
Isotta Room: this room offers the daily newspaper and the breakfast room service, fax service, free minibar, and late check-out, in addition to all common facilities.
The highest point of the village is 330 metres above sea level, in correspondence with an imposing rock with walls leaning against the soil, on which rises one of the eldest castle of the village looking down to the coast of Rimini.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean and well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast. You need the room card to gain access to lifts and external doors so with two people if one has to go out of the room/hotel the one remaining has to so without light/tv/air-con in the room. Would be good to have a key per person. |

The bed was very comfortable, the decor charming.There was a stunning view when the clouds lifted. Dinner was good but the language proved a barrier, we didn't know there was a choice of vegetables and cauliflower for two courses was a little much. The wine recommendation was excellent and desserts delicious. There was a good choice for breakfast and the coffee great. |

Molto cortesi e disponibili. abbiamo ricevuto un ottimo trattamento, e incluso nel prezzo c'era la colazione in camera, la vasca idormassaggio, l'accesso al centro benessere e tutto il kit per accedervi. |

Un confort exceptionnel et la gentillesse du personnel. J'avais réservé pour 2 nuits , j'y suis resté 6 nuits. Un cadre original parce que marie design et médiéval simplicité et confort dans un lieu situé à peu de distance du bord de mer et de villes à haut intérêt historique. |

Il servizio offerto e la professionalità dello staff nel suo complesso è paragonabile ad un piccolo 5 stelle. Davvero ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il ristorante era molto accurato e perfetto per una coppia (ottimo lo sconto del 10% con booking). La suite in cui ho soggiornato, rispetto alle grotte relax sono eccessivamente lontane, bisogna prendere 2 ascensori e percorrere corridoi freddi che contrastano lo stato di benessere raggiunto. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der alten gut restaurierten Stadt, es ist sehr aufwendig gebaut und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Frühstück ebenso, das Badezimmer unseres Zimmers war ausgesprochen toll. Nachteilig und nervig sind vor Allem die Codekarten mit denen man in sein Zimmer kommt und auch den Aufzug bedienen muss. Bei uns war leider die Halle/Rezeption nicht freigeschaltet, dann fährt er auch nicht dahin. Nach dem Bezahlen wurde die Karte gelöscht und man steckt fest - ärgerlich. Der Wellnessbereich kostet 15.-/Pers - also ein Drittel des Zimmerpreises extra, was uns zuviel für eine kurze Ruhepause war. Insgesamt sollte hier in der Elektronic unbedingt nachgebessert werden und der Wellnessbereich für einen Kompromisspreis includiert sein. Diese Nachteile haben den Komfort und die Bewertung für die Einrichtungen deutlich reduziert. |

Cordialità e disponibilità romagnola al 100%, personale professionale ma amichevole. Albergo molto curato nei dettagli, con gusto. Centro benessere mini, ma assai particolare. Ottima cena al ristorante. Omaggio alla partenza... Fantastico. |
