Anyway, there wasn't any elevator. With so many luggage, we had to climb up to the second floor(1). The receptionist told us at the first moment, that they couldn't provide any breakfast, because they had some problem with their staff(2). The worst thing, that they didn't give us a crib (baby-bed). later on, when I complained, they brought 1 for us, so this problem was solved. But I asked that woman about it, she said, they didn't read my special request, when the room was booked. Why did I typed, if no one read it?????? Then when I had a problem with the alert system in the shower cabin, I went for help to the receptionist, and I found two person (her and another customer) shouting and having row. I was waiting and waiting and.. nobody asked me, "hay man! What is your problem? May I help you?" No. i had to asked them "would there be anybody who is willing to listen to me" amd so on... It was really disappointing!!!
Well, it is a bit hard ti find...At least the cleanliness was OK, and when we complained, the staff gave their best and helped us, but that was all..
