The only good about this hostel is the location near to train and bus station
- the cleaning was insufficient - the breakfast was poor - they charge you if you want to use the air conditioner and if you need to let your bagagge after your check out
We turned up after a long day of travelling through Italy to find that the hotel didn't have the room we had booked as they had given it to someone else and not only that but they had made no effort to contact us and let us know. We were then stranded for 2 hours whilst we looked for a new hotel, we didn't get to a room until 10pm and were absolutely knackered! Poor excuse for hotel operation!!
Easy to find, bar with breakfast, snacks & chilled wine, grocery store & parking across street, private balcony with table n chairs, near train station, most of all---friendly staff!
broken shower head holder, super flat pillow, morning traffic noise, early check out time for primarily a party post
i ordered a 6 beds room , as i arrived ,i saw 7, and the bed is 20 cm front of the toilette . it is easy to see , the bed is soon added before i came. i asked ,why i orderd a 6 beeds room ,there are 7. accept or go out sleep on the street . this is the answer .
Too expensive, breakfast = coffee + bisquit
Tina makes the place !! Withouther is just another hostel
One of the people in my room came home drunk , noisy, nasty, nothing we could do, any suggestions
the bar downstair. there is a little that you can cook by yourself.
if you need wifi, you have to go to the bar. the room does not provide wifi. but it is ok for me.
Close to train station which has buses to Positano and Amalfi and trains to Pompeii and Naples. I got the airport bus to Sorrento which stops at the train station.
Too many beds in such a small room. Mixed room - on the first night there was 6 females and only 1 male. If the genders were reversed then I would've felt extremely uncomfortable. Only one plug for the entire room. No air-conditioning, only a fan. Shower and toilet together. Shower was clogged so always flooded. Only 2 lockers for 7 people. Wifi access only in cafeteria downstairs. Had to pay €2 to store luggage. Very creepy guy working in the mornings kept looking at my legs and grinning when I was wearing shorts; it made me feel very uncomfortable.
Near train station. Nice man and bar for tourists.
Near street, very noises all the night. No air-condition in the room.
Staff should know some English
Too expensive for the quality and service offered. In one of the two rooms we reserved it was like a sutropical climate and air conditioning is in addition to the room rate (10€ and it didn't work). Furnitures are old fashioned, breadkfast isn't good.
1.staff is friendly ,the girl is keep smile :) and young boy helps me to take my luggage ,good service in the bar And if you need to use wifi in the bar they don't mind I ate the food I bought from supermarket in the bar 2.super near the supermarket 3.room and bathroom is very clean, and the woman who clean the room also friendly 4.easy to go central 5.nice breakfast
1.the light in room and bathroom is too dark, and blue color light is uncomfortable for eyes 2.4person room is too small (the only way of room just can pass one person ...) And the up bed have no stair to go up !!?@@ 3.no wifi in the room
Great location Good breakfast of pastry and Cappuccino
They have a lock out time to clean the room No air conditioning Internet only in common areas
Clean, near is located supermarket, central square Tasso is in 10 minutes walk, central rail and bus station in 5 minutes walk.
Very noisy because of railway just behind windows, no wi-fi in rooms. Qite small room for 2 people
room is kinda small
staffs are friendly.the location is good, near the station.
breakfast was very very very poor, not buffet
Location good, only 10min walk to Centre of town Price good value Lift Friendly young staff
So called brekkie..oj and doughnut!!
I like this place!! I come back every time when i stay in Sorrento! Tina is perfect person! Owner is one of the most gentle human! Nice place, perfect price!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, rooms were nice, prices were fair.
Some rooms did not have a fan, temperatures got uncomfortably hot at night in the rooms (June).
Good location near the train station. Our room was clean and of adequate size. The staff members were helpful and friendly.
The towels were paper thin, rough, and cheap. Not a lot of hot water for showers.
Lovely place, it is very clean and nice service.
The location is pretty good.
No air conditioning.
Breakfast could have been more varieties instead of just a bread and cappuccino. Wifi should be made available in the room as well. Should not have to pay for luggage storage.
The location is not exactly in the center of city, but it's still good. Good breakfast (even in few quatity).
The bathroom is too small and there are few electrical points to charge cell phone and etc. There is no wi-fi at bedrooms.
Near to train station, although need to walk up the hill. The breakfast time is flexible in their own 24hr. coffee shop (as I need to leave early to catch most in one day)
WiFi is only avalible in the coffee shop. Staying in higher floor may not be able to catch the signal in the room. It could have better to install wifi repeater.
