everything was fine.

The room was lovely with a terrific view of the Tuscan countryside. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the centre of Montepulciano. The view from the restaurant on the terrace was breathtaking. We cannot say enough positive things about Francesco and his father, Adriano. My husband became ill during our stay, and they arranged for a doctor to come right to our room, then made 4 separate trips to drive us to and from the hospital. They also put me into a wonderful suite when we had to stay an extra night due to my husband's illness. I definitely would return here.

We initially found the hotel difficult to find, although had we checked for driving directions, that might have been avoided. It's helpful to realize how close it is to the Duomo, since this would help you plan your route into town.

The loation and food

Location, the view from the room is fantastic, breakfast was good, good service. Their wine is great. Contucci cantina on main square, Adamo the host, treats you very nice offering you to taste you their wines.

The room was overpriced. No elevator, I had to carry the luggage to the third level.

There was magnificent view, very beautiful place.

No elevator - can be a challenge in case of a lot of luggage. But not an issue in our case :-)

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The location of the hotel and its restaurant were srikingly beautiful. The room was spacious and lovely.

Montepulciano is difficult to get to without a car so in the future we would rent a car to come here.

Nice choice in Montepulciano. Right in the old town with access to wineries & restaurants.

Tough to navigate to the hotel if driving - particularly if you have a larger car. Close, convenient parking though.

Loved everything

Exceptionally kind staff! Plus the room was more than amazing! We got a small kitchen in medieval style with a large living room and a super view!!! Also, there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom and the room was rather large with a great view! The owner himself served us breakfast! The restaurant downstairs is famous and cozy, with special local and delicious plates! We recommend it! And if ever we go to Montepulciano again, that is where we will stay!

Not much at all actually, apart from having good wifi in the suite and not a bad location for exploring.

If you do book this hotel make sure you enter into the restaurant under to check in. We had the suite at the top, it was overpriced and it under delivered. Have a shower at your own peril, it's horrible. I know it's coming into the start of the season but light bulbs were blown (a lot ) and windows are very small. If you need to stay in this town do so but other small towns have better restaurants and nicer hotels...one word, disappointing.

We loved the suite with the brick arch between the kitchen and living area. It was quaint, large enough for us (my son and I) with room to spare. It was perfect for the town it is in and has great location to walk about. The owner and staff could not have been nicer and the food was fabulous!

Great experience here! The B and B is situated on top of the cutest town. It was very comfortable, and the family that owns the property was very friendly. Beautiful views from the patio. Great restaurants around.

Lovely place. Very clean. Fantastic views. Excellent location right in the middle of the historic centre. Very friendly. Ate at their osteria and the food and service were excellent. Excellent value, both the hotel and the restaurant.We wanted a lie in on Sunday and they arranged for us to have our breakfast late. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent. We would recommend it to all.

The shower in our bathroom was very small

Amazing location, lovely family run property and accommodating and informative staff. Montepulciano is a beautiful and historic town and the location of Osteria Del Borgo is ideal for exploring it. The restaurant serves wonderful regional food and wine. Rooms are enormous (more like apartments) so take advantage and cook if you have time. The family will give you olive oil and other basics you need to cook with local ingredients in your room.

We stayed in Montepulciano for two nights. Adriano and Osteria del Borgo were simply wonderful. We checked in and were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was huge, and the view was stunning! The skylights were a nice touch. We watched a rain storm over the countryside and the sunsets were amazing! The enoteca and eatery were great, though most Montepulciano food was great. The hospitality was warm and family style. We couldn't have asked for better!

The location in Montepulciano is fabulous... It's within the old town, right at the top of the hill next to the Grande Piazza. The room was large and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night but the facilities would make a longer stay very easy.

Abbiamo passato una notte nella suite della struttura ed era a dir poco favolosa... Da ripetere assolutamente!

Tolles Hotel an traumhafter Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Grosse und schöne Suite. Restaurant empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
