Prompt confirmation of booking...swift efficient check-in...friendly staff and availability of off street parking. We had stayed overnight previously (2 years ago) after arriving from a long flight from Australia, and would certainly do so again. Enjoyed our brief stay, and a great breakfast in the morning! |

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site. Convenient shuttle to train station. Airport hotel. Too far away from the sightseeing - Ostia Antica ruins -, the train station. Far away from everything. Was mislead by description on website. |

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had a 4:30 AM flight. They packed us a breakfast bag which was very thoughtful. We also enjoyed the restaurant adjacent to the hotel Teh shuttle use was not very friendly to the customer. We thought we had to return the rental car the night before and were told my husband and friend woulc have to pay $15 euros a piece to go to the airport 10 minutes away...should be free! |

Restaurant is nice, food good, and they even accommodated my request for a glass of sparkling wine (as bar was closed), even though they don't offer it in the restaurant. The bar wasn't open on the night I was there, seeing that it was just a one night stay as I flew out the nexct morning, it would have been nice to have something to do to kill a few hours. Also, the tv needs to have more channels. |

Nice hotel, clean and confortable. When we said we would be in honeymoon, the room was prepared with roses. We found it very nice from them. One guy in the reception were a bit annoying and sometimes were making us uncorfortable. It was like we were bothering him with our doubts.... I did not like it. It is very complicated to get to Rome..... first a bus (that was passing only 2 times per hour), then a train..... very far. |

The initial day desk staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was small, a little tired but clean. The remaining hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. Arrangements to meet the shuttle at the airport were useless resulting in a 40 euro cab ride. Desk staff were literally angry with us that we did not track down their shuttle even though we waited at the agreed place for 45 minutes. They in fact tried to charge us for this shuttle ride that we did not take. The hotel had a large group of teenagers staying and this group was very noisy and the desk staff were not willing to do anything about it. The hotel is much farther from the airport than it suggests. |

Front desk staff was fantastic. Had a problem with the shower, and a technician was there within 5 minutes to fix it. The restaurant had excellent food (some of the best in my trip actually). The extra fee for the taxi was high - 35 Euros to get to the airport was exceptionally high, considering it cost 20 Euros to get to the hotel originally (I had to be at the airport before the first shuttle went). |

The staff spoke English and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The carpets were quite dirty, door to room was difficult to open, and beds were very hard. The tourist season was over, so the continental breakfast was minimal. |

The price is good for a place to stay when you have to catch a flight from Fumicino Airport. It is fairly modern in amenities. Our bathroom was not well cleaned, and the staff did not tell us that the time was going to change from daylight savings, so we got up too early losing an hour's sleep before a 10 1/2 hr flight home. The evening staff was not very friendly, but the night one was. |

Ample parking and easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Helpful staff. Relatively large buffet breakfast. Room prices are on the low side for accommodations of this quality. Rooms are very basic, without any attempt at a pleasing decor. Distinct odor of cigarette smoke when we arrived. The location is good for getting to the airport, but away from the town center, restauants and nearby beaches. |

It was reasonably convenient to the Rome Airport. We only stayed there at the conclusion of our vacation because we had an early morning flight to take. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark. In between, we had drinks at the hotel bar and enjoyed a satisfactory breakfast in the morning. They also have an airport shuttle for which they charge a modest fee per room. The traffic getting to and from the airport and hotel is quite congested, but I think that is the nature of any hotel in that area. |

we appreciated the shuttle service. I was quoted $79 euros and charged $109 euros. The shuttle service was advertised as free. Why the difference? |

We only stayed the one night, but Daniele at the front desk was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. He had great English which is very helpful for foreign guests. We dashed through the breakfast but it looked very nice and the croissants were great. The shower doors were awkward and stuck. |

The hotel was surprisingly more modern and the rooms were larger than most european hotels I have stayed in. The location was great and close to the airport...we actually took the bus there for one (1) euro instead of 40 euros charged by most taxis! |

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Roman ruins of Ostia Antica for lovers of archeology. It is also conveniently situated near Rome's Fiumicino airport. |

Helpful staff Safe didn't work, and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. The shuttles advertised on the website only operate in the morning, but that was not made clear. |

Some staff are quite nice I have bad experience with this hotel. The room I stay ceiling just collapsed and luckily I was not hurt. They move me to another room but did not bother show courtesy of compensating such as dinner or discount. As I do not speak italian they send somebody who do not speak English to explain the situation |

On arrival we were greeted by a staffmember called Maxamillion. Max vas very friendly and went out of his way to help us.With directio ns and info on the best local bars/restaurants to go to. Maxamillion is definately a friendly face in the hotel that I would like to be assisted by next time I come to stay. Big pat on the back to you. Also the hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and the rest of the staff was just as eager to help. The hotel is very clean, very friendly and I fou nd the shuttle service to be excellent aswell. Definately stay there again ext time I visit Rome.Well done guys. Breakfast was a little bit dissapointin in the fact that there was not a good selection and no eggs or beacon. |
