Located close to Fiumicino airport. Snotty staff, uncomfortable bed, not-quite-clean room. Lousy air-conditioning, and LOTS of mosquitos. Difficult to get to from the Metro station unless you were on the hotel's schedule. |

The room was bright and comfortable. The restaurant had a nice terrace and good food. The hotel description mentioned something about a balcony, but my room did not have any. |

The room was bright and overlooked the garden area. I booked it here because I didn't want to drive around Rome, and the local train frequently travels into Rome. The hotel definitely has 3 star facilities. I was extremely disappointed with the desk staff. In my 5 days stay, they only uttered 5 words to me, and avoided even looking up as I arrived for breakfast. There was never a pleasant word or greeting. The worst I've had in my travels.The hotel is about 1 kilometer from the station, and for parts of that walk, there is no footpath - you walk with the busy traffic. But you can park at the station. |

the stuff is helpful and the food is really really really good, the price is not low, but its really good food, deserve to have it one or twice at least. the bathroom quite small, shower is pool, water goes out from the gap, the reception is still at the 2nd floor, need to climb the stair with your suitcase to check in and check out, also we have been given the room at the entrance, which was horribly noisy!!! and the work for decoration down stair start with a drill 8AM to wake me up by jumping to the roof... |

convenience to airport when the price of shuttle service and an expensive dinner was added to the room rate, I could have stayed at the airport Hilton...not having afternoon shuttle service caused us to have to stay at the airport for 3 hours...limited seating in your shuttle van caused us a delay that could have been critical... |

it is a simple and nice hotel. comfortable to get to the airport if you have a car.we stayed there for the night before our flight and it was very comfortable. it is very far from the center of ostia antica, you must have a car to get in and out of the hotel. |

The dinig room and the breakfast, also the transportation to the airport. I searched for a hotel near the Rome airport. It was quite a distance frmt airport -- 45 euros by cab. We couldn't contact them to send a van as was included in the price. |

The room was pretty much what I expected for a airport hotel. The amount we paid made it adequate for an overnight stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and accountable. Breakfast was very good. Airport was only 20 min away. Shuttle was 15 min late for 7 AM pickup. There was a local bus outside that we took around town for 1 euro. The lighting was poor in entire room. The bed had a very thin mattress, but was comfortable. TV was extremely small bur since everything was on Italian, it didn't much matter. |

Clean, comfortable, convenient, mostly met our needs. Breakfast pack was very poor. We had to leave before breakfast and our breakfast packs were practically empty! We felt ripped off as we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. |
