Great helpful receptionist, couldn't help enough, organised my bus back to chamonix , very sweet! Having stayed in many places around the world, this place for price location and cleanliness is hard to beat,very close to the ski lift at saline which is the fastest lift to the main slopes,excellent

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was nearly non-exsistant and I ended up only having a coffee!

Generally speaking the hotel was better than we expected We tried to extend our check out times on our rooms so that we could shower after skiing but thought the extra price the hotel wanted (30 euro per person) was disproportionate to the daily rate. In the past we have stayed in hotels where they have looked after our bags and only charged 10 euros for a shower and towels

Walking distance to ski lift, parking available It was cold in the room and especially in the bathroom, wifi available only in the lobby, no restaurant in the hotel - in the evening you need to search nearby (not the huge selection) or walk to the main village for aboout 20 min; it is strictly prohibited to bring your own food and beverages to the rooms

Läget Ogästvänligt. Kallt på rummen vilket man inte brydde sig om att åtgärda. För dyrt att hålla en acceptabel värme tydligen. Frukodten ett skämt! Torrt gammalt bröd. Ingen juice. Vill msn ha påfylllning av capuccino får man betala. Annars bara instant kaffe. Sängarna helt slut i fjädringen. Detta var andra gången vi bodde där. Inser nu att det finns betydligt mera prisvärda hotell att välja på. Aldrin met Ottoz!

Quando sai deste hotel. O pessoal que atente e terrível o atendimento, nunca fui tão mal atendido em nenhuma parte do mundo como neste hotel, a alimentação péssima só croassam - não indico para ninguém - espero nunca mais encontrar algo assim.

La gentilezza dello staff, vicino agli impianti di sci, posteggio auto e la pulizia delle camere La camera non corrispondeva alle immagini del sito (piccola per una famiglia di 4 persone). Wi-fi non disponibile nelle camere e non funzionante in reception.

Sa situation -Chambres très froides -petit déjeuner manquant de diversité (par exemple : beaucoup d'anglais dans l'hôtel et petit-déjeuner sans oeuf et bécon) -prix du garage beaucouptrop élevé (par exemple : un hôtel voisin de même niveau ou j'ai séjourné l'hiver dernier propose un garage gratuit)

Le confort de la chambre La personne probablement du personnel qui m' a réveillée en hurlant dans le couloir à minuit.Le déblaiement du parking: le responsable a entouré mon véhicule d'un mur de plus de 50cm de hauteur. J'ai mis une demi- heure pour en sortir!
