Dandi Domus is located in a central area of Rome, just a 5-minute walk from Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station on line A. It offers spacious air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV, and a minibar.
Score from 261 reviews Very good
Hotel Lella is 500 metres from Castro Pretorio Metro Station and less than 15 minutes' walk from Termini Train Station. It offers a free Wi-Fi zone and rooms with a fridge, TV and private bathroom.

Score from 56 reviews Good
Offering free Wi-Fi, B&B Sergio House features bright air-conditioned rooms in central Rome. It is just down the street from Termini Train Station, the city's main transport hub.
Score from 230 reviews Good
The guy at the reception spoke perfect english and was very kind. Good location near termini station. Its good just fot one night if you go somewhere else from termini station.
The room was very old but I cannot say that it was dirty. It needs renovation thats all. The street where the hotel is feels a little dengerous. And its very hard to find the hotel since theres no sign of it you need to look at the number over the door so you can find it or look at the pictures of it before youll try to find it
The rooms are small and not clean, no wifi. Avoid it!!!!!!
Good location. friendly staff toilet was clean
(EN) I went out with bites all over the body of bed bugs, the room is infested, almost makes me want to denounce them, my daughters are all full of bites, my wife and I We could not sleep (SP)He salido con mordeduras en todo el cuerpo de chinches de cama, la habitacion esta infestada, casi me dan ganas de denunciarlos, mis hijas estan todas llenas de mordeduras, mi esposa y yo no podimos dormir
Looks like a little dangerous area
The close vicinity to the train station which aided our speedy getaway.
Where to start..... The staff were unhelpful and the room was filthy with dirty bed sheets. We also walked in to find a cockroach scurrying across the floor. The bathroom features were hanging off the wall and te shower head looked like someone had once previously cleaned it in the 40's. This hotel was so horrific that we did not stay our planned two nights and instead left after two hours and booked into somewhere else. DO NOT stay here, there are far better options.
The Staff is great (Asian people) and the rooms are OK. It's close to the train station but I wouldn't recommend it because there are many suspicious guys gathering in the neibourhood and it doesn't feel safe.
1.Old lady at the reciption was really courteous and helpful. 2.Just on the opposite of Roma Termini.
1. Environment outside the hotel was not good for travellers with family. 2. Bathroom doors will not lock. No one pays attention as well. 3. Smells of fish allday. 4. No WiFi network in the rooms. No one pays attention as well. 5. Better cheap breakfasts available in every corner of Roma, better not to book breakfast.
Close to train station
To be avoided at all costs, its rabbish
perfect location at good price, walking distance to all major city views
not very comfortable, tiny room to be considered for short stay
Helpful staff but gave us wrong directions
The room was dirty and the surroundings were awful
Nothing to say. Internet probably the only one
No cleanliness. Cockroaches running here and there. Nothing is maintained properly. No sign boards of the hotel kept outside. So found difficult to find. Lift is terrible. Breakfast terrible. Just for name sake they write breakfast. Heater jug for the hot water is in a terrible situation. If you boil the water in that, you cannot even use it for cleaning the foot. Locality is not at all suitable for family.
It is a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini but the locality is not that safe.
The place was very dingy, most of the staff couldn't speak English. The rooms were very basic and didn't have the basic amenities. The rooms were not ready before 3.00 pm. There were no towels given. Overall it was a nightmare for our 2 nights stay. I will not recommend this B&B at all.
Hotel was ok, it was clean and tidy, but the rooms were very small. We had private bathroom and that really saved us as shared bathroom wasn't nice at all. The stuff is nice and helpful, they generally speak english and if not you can always explain what your problem is and they will help you. Our room was cleaned every day and the towers were changed every 2 days. You can ask for a hairdryer at the reception. The hotel is in a great location, it's 5 min walking from termini station and main buses lines. There is also bus stop in from of the hotel, bus from there takes you directly to Termini (1 bus stop) and to the city center close to Fontanna di Trevi, bus 70 and 71. To sum up, our time there was fine. Rome is so beutifut that we were spending all the time in the city and we were just comming home to sleep, so it was ok.
The neighbourhood was not nice, next to the hotel there is a shop and there were people in front of it drinking beer and looking quite dangerous eventhough there were not. The rooms need total repainting. The building in which hotel is situated is old, not very attractive, but clean. Breakfast was poor (coffee, small box of juice, packed croissant), but at least you could take it with you and eat it while sightseeing. There is no wifi in the rooms! Wifi works only at the reception, so you need to stand with your phone and check web there.
Pretty Bad :(
No WiFi all thru the stay Very tiny rooms Lacking Cleanliness No one to speak English
the kind staff, lovely bedrooms, easy to use machinery and great service!
The fact that some places don't have a view but high windows to replace.
close to Roma Termini
very small congested rooms, poor facilities
I liked the location, close to the train station, there was some homeless people around, but I didn't feel threatened even when going out, in smart clothes. Wifi was good and the water in the shower warm (only had it luke warm once). It was clean, cleaner came every day.
Towels were tiny and very hard on the skin, I brought my own, the room smelled horribly, of feces... It wasn't only coming from the toilet, so we cudn't stop it. We ended up having a window open the whole time. The hotel is not worth the money, but after reading the reviews I was expecting worse.
location was good - the staff was helpful and advised on places to visiy
Because the hotel was located closely to the Roma termini station, our travelling was so easy. We had enough space with beds to stay for 04 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English. We received breakfast in time with alterations we requested.
Not so clean especially wash room. Bathroom floor has not been washed for days. Towels were dirty. Heating mechanism did not work properly. TV was out of order. Wi-Fi never worked.
Very central location close to the main trainstation. Cleanliness and standard of the room was good for the price. Safety was good. Staff was friendly, but doesn't speak much english.
Reception was not easy to find and not i a very nice location. The room was in a different and much better location though. We had problems with the heating and our window faced the very noisy hallway (and we couldn't see outside at all)
Plenty TV chanels. Close to the city center. Big room.
Problem to communicate with personnel (bad english skills). Not quite safe neighborhood.
RIP-OFF! This place is a dump. No offence to the owners, but what you see in photos has nothing to do with the reality. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every breath of your neighbors, walls have not been painted since the 80s, staff doesnt speak any English nor much Italian (only Chinese), the sheets are washed but look old and not hygienic, bathroom door was not even closing(!!!), being stuck into the wall. For me the one night I stayed there was money threw out the window. We book initially for 3 nights, but when we saw the conditions we immediately left the first thing in the morning (would have left upon the arrival but it was midnight already). We're not picky people, we have stayed in student houses, hostels of all kind of conditions etc, but this place is just a rip off. For the exact same money we immediately could switch to a decent hotel. For me the biggest problem was not the fact that it's a dump, but that it's NO VALUE FOR MONEY. If I would want to go to a dump I would not pay EXACTLY as much as for a decent hotel.
noise, no heater after the midnight, no lift.
The room was small but comfortable.
The reception was hard to find and we were unable to get in for some time. Other people staying in the apartments around the corner were very noisy. We were staying around the corner so there was no one to ask any general questions.
