On one of the main roads just outside the center of Piacenza, Hotel Ovest offers modern rooms with free internet access and a 32" flat-screen TV with satellite channels. After reading some of the reviews from previous guests I made a booking for a Junior Suite, however No Wi-Fi was possible there, so we were relocated by the friendly staff to a smaller and cheaper room closer to the reception, where the Wi-Fi worked intermittantly, and having to log- in every 5 minutes. The desk reception was very helpful and apologetic. The waiter in the Restaurant was outstanding and has a great personality. Thank You again. I would stay, if they placed individual modems in each room. Bad Wi-Fi Internet

Very comfortable, good sized room and the restaurant offered good quality meals. The main garage proved to be inaccessible due to the sudden dip in the entrance which my car could not negotiate without grounding. Fortunately another small parking area was available on the day we were there.

Il Sig. Fabio alla recepion al momento del check-out è stato particolarmente gentile e affabile, abbiamo la fortuna di muoverci spesso durante l'anno e difficilmente abbiamo incontrato una persona così cortese, era evidente che gli piaceva fare il suo lavoro, perchè lo faceva con convinzione, una persona vera. La grandezza e comodità delle camere. la posizione la pulizia per accedere alle camere bisogna uscire fuori e in pieno inverno non é piacevole soprattutto quando ti alzi la mattina presto e devi uscire per andare a fare colazione.
