Clean large rooms Free safe Free adequate wifi Great location Beautiful roof terrace with excellent view of city Balcony rooms are lovely Large continental breakfast Comfortable lounge
Lifts very small On a busy road can be a bit noisy
Friendly Staff Very good breakfast Great location, you can walk to many attractions.
our room was very noisy, all night busy traffic wi-fi was very week in the room
Some of the staff weren't so friendly and it lacked a warm happy atmosphere at breakfast. Room and bathroom small and dark. Breakfast room small people were waiting for a table
The room was clean, big and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The street, in which the hotel is located, is a bit crowded. And one can hear the noise early in the morning and late in the night.
location top terrasse breakfast
great location view from the terrace is very beautiful lot's of choice during the breakfast.
wifi is not working well restaurant staff in unfriendly beds are uncomfortable this is not a 4 star hotel! airco only goes till 20 degrees , thats not cold enough for hot august.
perfect location - everywhere we can walk very good standard and comfort clean rooms and bathroom good WiFi privacy absolutely wonderful thing: terasse with garden on the roof, with view on Piazza Venezia, Colloseo and all the most beautiful monuments, with tables, open 24h!
everything was perfect
I was in Room 221 . Reception personal were very rude. very small rooms . Door can't be closed and receptionist told me he can do nothing. Wifi was not working and again he told me he can do nothing!!. Room service cleaned room once in 4 days.
Location was superb, walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. We walked to Vatican City from here also, but it is a trek, so pack walking shoes. Massive choice of food in the continental breakfast. Spoilt for choice! View from the roof terrace was astounding. Views of St Peters Basilica, the Colosseum, Pantheon, and much more. Sunsets were gorgeous up there and you can take your own drink up there. Free wifi was a bonus, although didn't cover the roof terrace. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
I have no complaints!! I love this hotel! This was my 2nd visit and it didn't dissapoint.
Breakfast was good and their roof patio has beautiful views. Pity there were no umbrellas there as one could not enjoy it for too long in the heat and there is no service up there so you had to take your own refreshments.
Rooms were below standard. A/c didn't work in either of our rooms and cleanliness was not what you would expect of a 4 star. Moved one room but didn't fix the a/c in the 2nd room as promised. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Standard response was "it's not possible" . Asked for salt as my daughter was sick and I wanted to give her a salt gargle... "It's not possible". Rooms were noisy and beds very uncomfortable. Showers only, which were very small. One of the shower heads sprayed the wall so we had to use it as a hand shower. When we checked out early there was vomit in one of the lifts so we struggled with all our luggage using only one small lift. We were 4 women, my daughters and my sister, yet staff would stand by idly and watch us struggle with our luggage and not lift a finger to assist. The two managers who were on the front desk most of the time (who we finally dubbed Basil and Manuel) were extremely unhelpful and the standard response was a shrug of the shoulders and "it's not possible". Won't be back.
Location Air conditioning Roof terrace
No view from room Poor breakfast Cleanliness was average but not good No refreshments available Staff not particularly friendly
The roof top view
Rooms in need of redecoration
Central location, helpful staff.
I requested a room at the rear of the hotel, our friends stayed in one at the front. The front is extremely noisy all the time (24 hours). Bar service should have more selection of drinks - these are the same as in the room.
Good location in the touristic centre of Rome, comfortable bed, big bathroom, choice of bacon and cheese for breakfast.
It was somewhat strange to discover water dropping from the air conditioner on top of the wardrobe which stays in quite a lagoon there. Last year apples and nectarines represented to total choice of fruit in July in Italy.
Location is the best. Wi-Fi is not hard. Severe noise outside the window. Other than that awesome
Lovely location, very nice rooms & good choices for breakfast.
Staff very friendly and obliging. Situation was excellent and very close to amenities.
The roof garden is delightful. To see the rooftops and domes of Rome (especially by night) is wonderful. My single room had everything one would need in a small space and the big bathroom was quite regal! Breakfasts were good and I had tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Having said I had tea and coffee making facilities, they supplied no milk and said they didn't keep small containers for the rooms so no choice but to drink black tea or buy a litre container from a shop. The outlook from my bedroom left a lot to be desired - side of the hotel looking out onto a derelict building which had been a dumping site for building materials and rusty scaffolding and buckets. The hotel is old and the paintwork shows its age, as did some peeling wallpaper in my room. However, it wasn't dirty, just a bit scruffy.
we stayed at the Hotel on the night of May 3. At present staff politely we asked a quiet room, if possible. The only thing we got is that from the room we could not hear the traffic noise. For the rest, I summarize below what we found. Room (no. 105, the sixth floor) formed in an attic, extremely noisy due to an internal vibration very frequent and bathroom door that consequently entered itself into vibration soundly bumping against its own frame (we had to put a thickness made with the paper toilet block). Bathroom dated with worn taps. Shower with smudges of rust, clogged shower impossible to regulate and support the wall hanging. Under the coverlet and then hidden by the same, single blanket on bed positioned sideways leaving our feet uncovered. String curtains blocked. Lighting of the room with a light bulb missing and a purr. Bedside lamps with ignition common, that you just turn on and off together. Lack of sockets near the bedside. Wifi very slow. Map affixed to the door to the evacuation of security that does not meet the reality. The staff was not made available to the replacement of the room, he justifies this position with no free rooms. In summary, with regard to the accommodation assegnataci, a dump.
It really is the perfect location. Our room was in the 5th floor and had an amazing balcony which made the experience of the hotel even better. Ask for room 94 :-)
Its and old hotell, charming but the walls are a little dirty, it could in general need some upgrading, but its really all part of the charm.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Breakfast good. Big room with small balcony. Good bed and clean
The shower was poor and the hot water was a bit unpredictable.
Fantastic location close to trevi fountain, spanish steps, colossium and the museum. Roof top terrace lovely watched the sunset over the vatican every night and beautiful view over rome. Breakfast lots of variety very nice. Close to resturants and shops.
Toilets very unclean down the stairs near the reception desk on a few occassions. Everything else very good.
Very central location, but quiet and slightly oldie worldy.
Our room a tad small, but minor issue really.....great place to stay in Rome.
