l'ampiezza,l'arredamento e la pulizia della stanza e la cortesia del personale 1. la colazione non rendeva l'hotel a quattro stelle (frutta in parte guasta, poca scelta nei dolci, ho dovuto chiedere di rimettere il pane e non c'era la cioccolata spalmabile); 2) la stanza era troppo fredda (il climatizzatore era a 12°C!) |
