The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was to an excellent quality. Its not really in the best area. Its about 15 mins walk from the centre however its not a very nice walk. The hotel recommended we got a taxi back if it was late which we did. |

Good value for money, you get a feeling of luxury for a reasonable price. Nice breakfast, with a good variety. The personnel were very helpful. It was not very close to the center. Also, the neighbourhood did not seem very safe at night. |

Friendly staff, clean, well maintained and nice rooms. Very good breakfast selection. Nice terasse. Area around the hotel is not attractive. Closed hotel bars. |

The hotel is very, very nice but the neighborhood is not all that great. It is a good walk to the old part of the city and the cathedral. Bonus: There is a wonderful discount grocery store right next to the hotel! |

The hotel staff upgraded our room to suite without extra charge even before we got there. Our children enjoyed the hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay for 1 more day. Super wide parking place. Very secured. We had to walk through a smoking corridor / bar to reach our room. Our children had to inhale second-hand smoke. Breakfast staffs work slow. We waited long for coffee to be served. |

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent staff-really enjoyed staying there. Location-20 min from city centre, however on a good day-it's a nice walk. Nevetheless I wouldn't recomend to stay there if you are a single femail traveler- I didn't feel very safe walking back after dark. |

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Spoke English, Quiet surroundings. No traffic outside my room. Very good The cleaning outside the room wake me up in the morning at 8.00 every day:) Not a big problem |

Very friendly and helpful staff, parking is underground and cheap (5 euro per day for weekends). Clean and comfortable. |

Unfortunately the water for a shower was not hot, just luke warm and the air-conditioning was not working. Apart from that the breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The room was comfortable. |

La cortesia alla reception e la completezza nelle informazioni. La possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in garage. A causa di disguidi interni, il servizio ristorante era in difficoltà. Era sufficiente informare il cliente ma sopratturro accerarsi che il personale (un cameriere in particolare) fosse in grado di dare spiegazioni accettabili. Non è corretto che un cliente venga trattato in maniera privilegiata solo perchè " ha brontolato" (testuali parole!) Ritengo un peccato che una singola persona influisca sulla valutazione generale che, peraltro, è positiva. |

chambre confortable , très propre et bien équipée.Le garage pour la voiture est très spacieux et très sûre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est plutôt quelconque. L'hôtel n'est pas très bien insonorisé: bruits de portes les soir, bruits dans les couloirs. |
