Very good bar with good wide spread of drinks including nonalcoholic ones. Kind and welcoming staff at reception desk 1. It is impossible to take just one dish from dinner menu, they serve only a full complect. We wanted just desert and our wish was rejected. Rediculous! 2. Power supply sockets in rooms have narrow contact inlets and are not compatible, for example, with PC plugs. Transferring systems are not available. |

Great for parking and close proximity to The Vatican. Easy to reach the centre, although watch out for train times at the end of the night as they stopped at 2200 when i was there! |

The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Roma : 10 minutes from the metro (direct to historic sites), 10 minutes to Vatican. The rooms are not so bad, not so good, just so so. The hotel is very quiet, good view from the windows. Hotel staff is not really friendly (forget to smile, don't allow to go where you want for the breackfast)... |

Location - quick walk to the Cipro metro station. Air conditioning worked. We paid for a triple, which turned out to be a very small double with an extra bed on the side. Price was too high for a small triple (140 Euros). After a long day of walking, we wanted to watch a little tv before going to sleep - when we turned it on and there was just static, the receptionist said that he couldn't leave the desk to help us because his colleague had already left for the evening. Then when we asked about a small discount for the tv issue upon checkout, we were told, "we can't change the price since the reservation was made on booking.com," even though we didn't prepay through booking.com. There was no fresh fruit, eggs (hardboiled or otherwise) nor any hot food at the breakfast, the condiments (jelly, etc) were low quality. |

The hotel is conveniently located... If you want to visit the Vatican museum - 15 min walk. Rooms are quite nice and there is a metro station and a supermarket within a 5 min walk. Staff was nice and smiling, breakfast was ok for the price. The room was overlooking a busy street and it was quite noisy all night. The room has practically no insulation. If you are not used to living downtown (I am, so I did not mind much), you will not be getting much sleep. It is also a bit far away from the fun part of the city. Fridge was dirty, and so were the drawers, but I think that is an issue in all of Italy. |

Clean, and decent breakfast. Special mention to Moreno, the receptionist, which was of much help. We stayed in an awkward room, but it had a decent view from its veranda. |

Location was fairly close to activities so it was convenient for us. Our room was large but noisy, being close to the street. |

Well located: less than 15 minutes of walking to Vatican Museum, 50 meters to a bus station with good connections to the city center, safe neighborhood, free parking. The bathroom is a little too small. |

The price. Rooms are not too cozy but there`re all basic things inside. Breakfast was good. Not so close to Vatican as it may seem (about 15min walk) and doesn`t feel like centre at all. The building is quite ugly and doesn`t look really cozy nor from the outside nor from the inside. I tried to ask for the iron but they don`t have it due to "security reasons". |

The hotel is very close to Vatican Museum and to "Hop on Hop off" bus stop. It is 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Breakfast was good. Room was small but good enough for the price. |
