The Hotel Paganelli is located in 2 buildings; one is situated in part of the famous ancient convent of St. Zaccaria.

Some of the rooms still have the original ceilings, which have been carefully renovated. The other building, with the reception desk, is located in Riva degli Schiavoni. The 2 houses are approximately 30 metres apart.

The nearest internet access if located 5 minutes from the hotel.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served between 08:00-10:00 and is included in the room rate.

Breakfast can be served in bed at an additional cost of EUR 4.

The hotel's 2 buildings, one on the famous Campo San Zaccaria and the other on the Riva degli Schiavoni just in front of the Saint Mark’s Basin, are located in the centre of Venice, within easy walking distance of the main attractions.

St. Mark's Square, Doges Palace and Bridge of Sighs-100m-explore the host of attractions.

Good location and easy to get to.

There was a horrid man that was doing the front desk when we checked in, worst in customer service I have seen in my entire 49 years of living..very rude!!!! Also, room was extremely small and the bed was very hard. Too expensive for what we got.

The only slight criticism is breakfast which was rather disappointing.

It was easy to locate on arrival and very central to all water-transport for further exploring. Helpful staff re map-reading locations etc

I stayed for 8 days. The location was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The room was small but ample for me, and quite comfortable -- especially the ac.

Some staff could improve on manner. One member quite unhelpful but others extremely good. Depended on who was on duty as to how you were treated.

I went to a jazz club that was wonderful, that I learned about from a little flyer on the front desk of the hotel.

I had to walk across to the annex from the main building, back and forth, back and forth, several times during my stay. This was quite inconvenient. However, the breakfast room was directly below my bedroom in the annex, which was convenient. Also, I was able to use the free internet that was part of a partnership with an adjoining hotel. There was a lot of street noise and construction noise.

The view from the rooms is pathetic and you have to step out of the hotel to enjoy the beauty.
