Location. Upgrade interiors and furniture. Provide mini-bar! Option of keeping key with you, instead of handing over to reception every time. |

The hotel was in a great location on the waterfront, only 20 metres from the ferry stop at San Zaccaria, as well as a short walk (~200 metres) to St Marks Square. It was reasonably priced, and as such I found it great value for money. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was quite good also. Overall, it was a nice hotel in a terrific location and I would stay there again. |

Good location and easy to get to. There was a horrid man that was doing the front desk when we checked in, worst in customer service I have seen in my entire 49 years of living..very rude!!!! Also, room was extremely small and the bed was very hard. Too expensive for what we got. |

Hotel má velmi dobrou polohu ve městě, úplné centrum, poblíž je zastávka veřejné lodní dopravy z parkovacího domu. V recepci lze sjednat zdarma uložení zavazadel i po odhlášení z hotelu. Velmi staré a opotřebené vybavení pokoje i koupelny. |

立地が大変良い。サンマルコ広場もすぐだし，空港からの水上バスが着く停留所の目の前だった。部屋によると- 思うが，私達が泊まった部屋からはサンマルコ運河がよく見え，眺めが大変良かった。朝食は別の建物（同じホ- テル）だった。ここだと眺めは良くないかもしれない。 ヨーロッパのホテルの朝食が質素な事には慣れていたが，ここの朝食は今まで経験したなかで一番質素で，味も- 美味しいとは言えなかった。 |

Besonders gefallen hat mir der atmosphärische Charakter des Hotels und dass es damit zur Stadt Venedig gut passt, ohne dass man Einbussen an Sauberkeit etc. hinnehmen müsste. Für mich war ausserdem von Belang, dass die Qualität der Matratzen in Ordnung ist. Ich habe den Aufenthalt vis-a-vis von San Zaccaria mit der schönen "Sacra Conversazione" von Bellini als angenehm empfunden. Die Klimaanlage bringt, wenn sie lange läuft, etwas muffige Luft ins Zimmer. Da das Haus insgesamt- Flure etc. - gekühlt ist (und übrigens angenehm riecht), musste ich die Klimaanlage trotz der aussergewöhnlichen Hitze draussen nur wenig in Betrieb nehmen. |

サンマルコ広場から歩いて3分、空港へのボートの船着場が目の前という利便性で、この値段なら充分おつりが- くるのではないでしょうか。アネックスだったため、眺めなどは望むべくもありませんでしたが、狭いながらも- 部屋は清潔でしたし、小さな路地に面した立地のために夜は静かで安眠できました。 |
