This warm and welcoming hotel, managed by the Cinelli family, offers the ideal location from which to venture forth get to explore Florence's unique history and culture.

The hotel is located in a building dating back to the beginning of 1900, in a residential area of the city centre, near the Teatro Comunale and only a short walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station and less than one kilometer from the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and other major monuments.

Nearby the hotel you can find all the major rent a car offices.

The Hotel Pagnini is situated in a residential and relatively quiet area near the river Arno. Less than 1 km from the major sights as the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, the hotel is easily reachable also from the business center (10-15 minutes walking), the railway station and the shopping area.
Right around the corner in the Borgo Ognissanti area, a string of every kind of shop from delicatessen and bakeries to clothing and shoes, antiques to handmade Florentine crafts, just to mention a few, can be found.

Location was very good, wonderful staff and nothing was too much trouble

Getting to it was not easy but I think that can be said of the whole of Florence at the moment with their roadworks

Room was clean and very comfortable. Showers were hot although I was worried about all the water going on the floor. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling.

Very friendly staff. Location is close to Rome Termini train station.

The bathrooms are very, very small. Internet is much cheaper at nearby internet cafes.
